Service was beyond slow, the lady was nice but I’m not at a fast food place for niceness, was the only car at the drive thru, maybe two cars outside, waited over 10 minutes for anyone to say anything, food was done quickly, but all of it was wrong. How can you be slow and wrong at the same time? The drive thru is also not suitable for any trucks at all, even a ford ranger may be too big.
Doors were locked at 11 am. Placed our order through the drive through. Paid our bill with two $20 bills. Was given the wrong changed back. Got that corrected. Went to leave and realized that we were charged for a coke float, that we didn't order or get. Went back through the drive thru and told the employee that we were charged for a coke float that we didn't get or order. We pulled around got the $2.89. The employee never said, thank you or I'm sorry. Very poor customer service.
Ok, first off the food at this Arby's has never been bad for me. Everything's been made properly and has tasted as it should. That being said, the only way the night shift staff could be worse would be if there was more of them. In the past few months I've been there three times. Even if there is no one else in the drive through you can expect a wait. One of those times, out of pure curiosity, I stayed to see how long it would take them to acknowledge me. It took seven minutes in an empty drive through. Two of the three times my order was incorrect, and the wrong items weren't even tangentially related to what I'd actually ordered, leading to me having to go inside to get the order fixed. The third time they handed me my order and shut the window so fast they neglected to give me my drink. I ended up waving one of them down and they were aggressively annoyed that I'd interrupted their conversation with their co-workers.
The issue seems to be having a bunch of younger employees that are more interested in hanging around, talking with each other, and killing time than they are doing the job they are getting paid for. It's regrettable because, while their food is good at this location, their customer service can only be described as abysmal.
Arrived at 8:40, shake machine was down no au jus no brown sugar bacon sandwiches. Was told I was expecting to much and they were about to close. They don't close until 11 pm
Was not a good experience. We ordered 2 beef and cheddars and 2 brisket beef and cheddars. You could have combined the meat and maybe have enough for one sandwich. When I stated the issue to the manager all I get back is I'm sorry "and he walked away.
Arby’s has a fast service considering how busy it gets. Every time I have gone through the drive-thru, it always has a line, which is good. They’re employees are always polite and make sure you have everything. I ordered the Steakhouse Brisket meal. Although I’ve never ordered it before, it looked appetizing and tasted great! I will definitely be returning for more delicious food!!!
No one came to the speaker to take the order and when I drove away the workers were standing by the window talking out the drive thru window at a worker that was in the parking lot. Obviously they weren’t wanting to take care of anyone and were more concerned about socializing.
The service was good enough, no one was directly rude just a slight lack of hospitality which is to be expected from younger people (such as our cashier.) The food was fresh and good! My biggest reason for only 3 stars is because there is what I believe is a serious mold issue going on here. It's time to either tear down and rebuild or gut this Arby's and start clean.
