Augusta's behavior was really disappointing when I tried to change my appointment. She got angry and said it wasn't possible, and then she cut the call before I could finish explaining. Since my English isn't perfect, I sometimes have my brother help me explain things, but instead of being understanding, Augusta just gets even angrier. This kind of rude behavior isn't okay. It's not the first time she's been like this, and it's not just on the phone – she acts the same way at the center. I've decided I don't want to stay with them anymore
Didn't even manage to get there. Directions were sketchy to say the least. I have got better things to do with my time than walk around Canning Town/ Silvertown all day. Bus journey took 15 minutes from Stratford. The rest was a flipping nightmare. I was supposed to see the Podiatrist so obviously I have a problem with my feet and walking around like an idiot just made me mad and I got on the bus home.

Was here briefly with partner but the place was pretty easy to find, easy to get to via car, bus and DLR (Royal Victoria)
Service was pretty good, everyone was friendly, nothing bad really.
Place looked maintained, so clean and tidy.
There was a good amount of seating and different variety of seats too.
All in all, good experience.
One of my favourite clinics. There is a gentleman that I always see when I go for bloods who is just lovely. All staff is always great, and very gentle.
There blood tests are very good because blood test all staff really very kind but there reception service l don’t think it’s good because I was called from last 1/2 weeks so many times but they didn’t respond my call
Great doctors, went for a blood test. Got there 15 minutes early, used the screen to sign in that the lovely lady on the desk told me to do and got into the blood room 10 minutes early. Only took 2 minutes, very painless and nice staff. Only thing i’d note is they do have another person getting their bloods done in the same room as you, with the door open so the people in the waiting room can see in, luckily i’m fine with my bloods being taken as I’m used to it and don’t mind the sight but if you’re queasy and don’t want people seeing then this may be an issue. Overall though great doctors! Made me consider moving to there properly as i’m in the area.
I had an appointment today (29/12/22) around 10am in the morning and a bit late than my schedule time so called them on my way . The men was kind enough to assure me that he will let the blood test team know about my lateness . Their service was excellent. My blood was taken by a gentleman at bay 2. He was very kind and caring while taking my blood. He tried his best to keep me calm and relax as I was little scared of nidle and struggle to find my veins. Such a good start of the day!
Came here for my blood test (February 2023) & was very impressed with the efficiency here. Friendly & caring staff. And they also have decent bike locking facilities by the entrance for those who cycle. Keep up the great work team Appleby Health Centre!
