Went to this food truck a few weeks ago while returning from Yosemite NP. It's right in the center of Bakersfield and serves authentic Punjabi food. It is run by two Indian ladies who cook and serve from a food truck. They have a lot of varieties on their menu.
We tried sag paneer, kadhi pakoda and roti. All the items were really delicious. They also serve rice with their curries.
The ambience is also similar to a traditional indian roadside dhaba.
Will surely visit again.
I loved it here. The lady was so welcoming and served with so much love. Just felt like I ate mom made home food. The food tasted so amazing. Not too much oil or and added flavour. She also gave desserts on the house. I am definitely visiting it again.
This is quite a cute and cozy place to have dinner or lunch whatever. There's a trailer they make food in the trailer and they serve good food.
However it's very easy to miss, lookout for a taco truck and it's next to the taco truck.
There are about 10 benches where you can sit the food or decently priced not overpriced.
Really delicious Indian food. I had the Samosa Chaat and an order of Garlic Naan. The Naan was hot, huge, and garlicky. I've had quite a bit of Naan in my day and this was as good as I've ever had. Samosa chaat was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Super nice folks running this place. The lady cooking this stuff totally slays it. You should go.
It’s a proper Indian dhaba. The food was fresh and good. The staff was really sweet.
The Food was amazing! The Garlic Naan, Tandoori Chicken, and Amritsari kulche was the best I ever had. Gurjit is an amazing cook! I recommend Non Veg 100%
Next level indian food. Proper butter on kulcha. Chicken curry and Chicken Tikka was to die for. Finger-licking good Indian food.
This is the tastiest Indian food I have ever eaten. The food had the perfect amount of heat and the layers of flavors kept coming. I'm no expert on the cuisine of the different regions of India, but I do know that this was insanely good. The mostly Indian customers agreed that this spot is legit.
