People couldn't be friendlier, food delicious with a good choice (and price!), comfortable seating (while maintaining distancing) - very customer-orientated. Definitely be back ????
Had a lovely pub lunch. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. We dined outside in the little shelter huts, which had electric and USB charging points. They even accommodated our dogs which was fab. The owner and staff were friendly. I would recommend and won't hesitate to visit again if I'm in the area

The food was amazing, atmosphere was good but our host/owner Chris was very bubbly, chatty & very welcoming which added to the night.

Been a couple of times & always had very friendly welcome. Service was great & attentive. Food is good quality & presented well. Something for all tastes on the menu. Would definitely recommend to anyone & will be back again.
The following is an email sent the day after this occured. This was 6 weeks ago. I have had a brief phone call response from someone who was going away to read the email and get back in touch. Needless to say I'm still waiting for that call. I should add, on the evening of this incident I was told I would be contacted to arrange some form of refund.
We placed a large order on Sunday evening. It was delivered to Stewarton. We didn't mind that we had to wait for it and really appreciated your phone call to let us know it would be delayed. However, as you know when we received our order we discovered one meal was missing. This was particularly annoying as the person who was missing their meal was my mum, the meal was to celebrate her birthday. It took me several attempts to be able to speak to you over the phone to let you know of this issue, all while I should have been enjoying the meal with my family.
Had that been the only issue I probably wouldn't be sending this email, but it wasn't. Our food was cold. The chips were limp and undercooked. The portion of Cajun chicken crepes was very small. The nachos were like cardboard, they didn't crunch and the extra portion we ordered had hardly any cheese on it. One of my son's eats everything that is put in front of him - he threw a lot of food away.
After spending over £90 on takeaway food, I expected my family to be very full. In fact a lot of food was thrown away and some people were still hungry. Thankfully when my mum's meal arrived, it was hot, beautifully cooked and plentiful.
I would be very interested to hear your feedback on our experience and look forward to your reply.
Fantastic meal with loads of gluten free choices. My cajun crepe was so very delicious???? Lovely atmosphere, David our server was so good and kept our Granddaughter happy ????
Given the current covid situation we felt very safe and well cared for.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
