I parked here for a convention next door that I knew I would be at all day. There were no hours listed anywhere in or on the facility or my parking stub, the website says 24 hrs monday-sunday, and I told the attendant I would be there until late.
When I came to get my car at 11:30pm that night (Saturday night mind you) they were closed. Apparently they close at 11pm - despite this information being nowhere. I was in from out of town and staying in Delaware - my friend thankfully came and picked me up. What garage, downtown in a highly popular area, across the street from one of the biggest ongoing conventions in the country, closes at 11pm on a Saturday - and DOESN'T LIST THE TIME ANYWHERE????
The next day they had the nerve to try to charge me for storing the car overnight. Are you kidding me?? You're lucky I didn't call the police and report my car stolen.
Horrible experience, paid $23 to park for only 45 minutes when there was a sign stating the price would be $12 for parking under an hour. The place keeps all car keys in a drawer that constantly opens wide, letting anyone have an opportunity to steal those keys. Also, the amount of people waiting around to get there car keys is drastic, no one should be waiting 30 minutes to be able to get to their car. All around, this place is shady and needs to be shut down. There are other places in Chinatown where you could park that are cheaper and better.
Worst experience I've had at a parking garage. I was attending an event at the PA Convention Center so this was a great location. When I returned to get my car, there were a few other people waiting for their cars. One young gentleman had been waiting at least 20 minutes. He continued to ask where his car was and each time the attendant asked what kind of car he had and told him they'd get it. But they came down with someone else's car each time. Eventually after continuing to ask, they came down with his car but damaged. He asked the attendant what happened to his car and the attendant said they didn't do that. As he started to call the police they gave him the forms to fill out. After an additional 15 minutes (now 30 minutes total) I started asking where my car was, but no one could give me an answer. I was persistent, now concerned that perhaps my car was damaged. At this point there were at least 10 people waiting for their cars that came up after me. After several more minutes and 3 attendants later, my car came down. What a bad experience.
I was connected here through spot hero and parked for a day. I locked my glove box before I left, and when I came back to the car the box had obviously been jimmied. Now it’s loose and when I called both spot hero and that garage directly, neither one was willing to address my complaint. Park at your own risk, or at least let the management know you’ve heard about This
We decided to use this parking garage for once, but one of a parking attendant tried to rig off. He asked us for tips, so I gave them 2 dollars. However, he said what’s that. Besides, the parking was 24 dollars for 3 hours.eventually, I decided to give $5 but never expect me to come back.
Okay Garage in a decent location. The staff adequately answered my questions. I didn't see any particular damage to my car after the fact. Prices were on par with the rest of the street and other garage parking.
This place told us we could park for 24 hours but failed to mention that they close the parking lot after a certain time and there’s no way to get your car once they lock their gates. They never mentioned this!
