I recently had the pleasure of visiting Yomass Auto & tyre after experiencing a flat tire on what was already a very long day for me. I was incredibly impressed with their level of service and professionalism. Not only were they extremely accommodating, but they also managed to change my flat tire quickly, allowing me to get back on the road swiftly. The staff were courteous and efficient, and their expertise was evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend visiting here, if anyone in need of tire services. I’ve been visiting Yomaas for over 3 years now and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. Mohammed, himself is a true gentlemen, very honest and never fails to go the extra mile for a client, without breaking the bank. When I get my car back after servicing, it is absolutely pristine. Would highly recommend his services!!!
Great experience with Yomass! He changed the 3 tyres that needed it, quickly and at the time discussed. He also advised on fixing something else for us and pointed us in the direction to go for that. Recommend! Nice, helpful and friendly guy!
I went to have my tyres repaired urgently as my MOT failed. I also needed to use my car the following day however all the tyre shops in East London had closed by 6.
This shop was open till 7 and as I arrived more customers arrived to have their tyres repaired.
I was dealt with by Leman, I hope I got his name right. He was very efficient, just take a look at the photos. He is on the floor taking my wheel off safely making sure the Jack placement will not damage my car.
He went round the back and found the wheel I need. Usually changing a tyre takes a good 10 mins. But here Leman took 15-20 mins because he was making sure the new tyre he was giving me has no leaks and also balanced my tyre. He took great care!
I am posting this review after almost 1 month. Why? Because with all garages I am sceptical. This tyre is going strong still, no dodgy business good quality second hand and brand new tyres up for sale.
Keep up the good work and I will be coming back again, all the way from Forest Gate!
Amazing service. Takes the time to explain what needs to be done and gives you the option to go ahead or not so you don’t feel pressured (which happens a lot as a female going to a mechanic/garage) .
I would definitely recommend to anyone considering!
