I've been using this pharmacy for years. Always get served quick. The staff have always been very nice to me and parking is great too.
I love this surgery a lot but as with all surgery's I can't give it 5 stars purely for. "
You can't make appointments to see face to face like before. You have to go on the computer to fill out GP website to book your appointments for consultation. Being unable to do this means I have missed out on booking an appointment for myself unless I get the time to go in to the surgery and fill one out on paper.
Been a patient here for almost 10 years with Ashleigh Holland from the Diabetes team. Most wonderful, professional and caring Doc and team I've ever came across.
Worst customer service ever.
Waited literally 12 mins for fill up the prescription form. people were queuing and there were many staffs backside of the reception but nobody turned up to the reception,only 1 customer service desk was open. There is no option for 0 star, so I'm giving 1 star.
Gemma supported me when the doctors surgery receptionist was not interested in helping me with my request.
It means a lot, when people listen and go the extra mile- Thank you.

The absolute worst service ever. They are so rude and unhelpful. Staff lie blatantly and are sometimes just plan aggressive. Let me catch you in the street il teach you some manners you Disgusting excuse for a human being.
I want to say what an amazing staff team you all are . Thank you for keeping us all safe when we have to come in to collect prescriptions. THANK YOU! - thank you also to the gentleman who helped me on Sunday morning with my parking, couldn’t catch his name as he was in a rush to open the pharmacy.
I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT AT THIS SURGERY SINCE THE AGE OF45+ , LOVE IT TOO. OBVIOUSLY IT HAS CHANGED A GREAT DEAL OVER THE YEARS BUT THE TREATMENT AND DR’s WILL NEVER CHANGE. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET TO SEE A DR NOW SINCE COVID BUT YOUR TREATMENT IS STILL THE SAME , THIS CANNOT BE HELPED THEY DO THERE UTMOST TO ACCOMMODATE EVERY PATIENT . I WOULD NEVER CHANGE MY DR’s !! TOO OLD NOW AT 78 INAM TOO HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME OVER THE YEARS. THANK YOU WOODLANDS DR’s .ANNETTE X
