Absolute joke of a surgery. The reception staff are down right rude and obstructive. Its impossible to get an appointment, nurses tell you they are putting in referrals, which never materialise and you are made to feel like a nuisance when you are seen.
There are some great doctors and reception staff that are let down by the back office management and some front of house staff. There are signs up that say abuse will not be tolerated which I 100% agree with. What they don't seem to realise is that the attitude of some of those on reception borders on the rude and obstinate which engenders frustration. It is an abuse of the public to make them wait outside in the rain after taking a ticket in their on -site appointments system. What they need to remember is that the public make National Insurance contributions which pays for the facility and the staff. In addition, some of the non-medical staff hide behind procedures which, if are in place need revising. Unfortunately, as the primary point of contact, some of the customer service is woeful and lets down the whole practice. The back office systems that are in operation seem to be designed to benefit the staff operating them rather than being customer focused. A complete review and update is required to drag the administrative functions of this practice into the 21st century. Having said all of that, once you actually get to see a doctor you can't fault them as they are courteous, knowledgeable and can't do enough for you.
Administration staff are rude, obstructive and abrupt. No empathy whatsoever. Don't work in health care if you're incapable of sympathy or being helpful. Needs a complete overhaul of all administrative staff.
This used to be a great Doctor but the place is now a joke. Had an appointment with the nurse and told to make an urgent appointment with the doc spoke to receptionist sorry we have no pre booked appointment available you will have to try at half 8 in the morning. Yeah great will just take a morning off work to speed an hour on the hold to be told there is no appointment for that day. No wonder everyone just goes to urgent care
Wish it could be zero… with the exception of John the nurse in there the whole set up in this doctors is appalling. I have lived all around the country and have never come across a more obstructive surgery than this. I don’t actually blame the receptionists I think they are just doing as asked but everything simple in this practice is made to be virtually impossible. I could give lists of bad experiences I have had over the last 2 years as my health has deteriorated with cancer and other things but it is so much simpler to sum it up with….. this is a business not a gp and An awful one at that! Avoid if you can
Fantastic follow up, response times, the only thing is the length of the introduction message if you're returning a call but that's not the end of the world
I'd like to add that yet again I received exceptional service from the practice from the receptionists through to the doctor. Hats off to them all

I had an appointment with Nurse Practioner John Campbell to discuss medication for a condition I have.
He listened to what I had to say intently. He gave me great advice, giving me his professional opinion based on my medical history but also not enforcing anything on me. It was a relaxed atmosphere. Great guy with a good sense of humour and care. I didnt feel like I was being rushed out of the appointment like some Doctors do.
I would highly recommend woodbridge practice surgery Dr. Hamid is a fantastic doctor he was really attentive and caring when I visited on 20/10/2022.
From receptionists to the doctors I received excellent care and I was treated with dignity and respect throughout.
I can’t thank Dr. Hamid enough he was so attentive and thorough with my examination he sent me straight to the hospital.
All the staff at Woodbridge done an amazing job of looking after me on my visit.
