Don’t bother. They flat out do not season their wings at all. I gave them a second chance after completely failing to season their wings the first time. If you just want fried chicken with no seasoning, make it yourself and save the money.
I ordered boneless wings and voodoo fries , I am highly disappointed for the price that I paid the food is disgusting the fries are oil soaked and burnt and the boneless just feel like a bunch of crunchy pieces of nothing
We stopped here on Saturday night. We could see that they were busy and were prepared for a wait. The wait was longer than anticipated, but okay. Unfortunately our wings were over cooked and very tough. I had to use a fork to get the meat off the bone and it broke the fork, twice.
There was such a small amount of sauce on my wings that I did not need to use the napkins provided because none transferred to my fingers. It was weird almost like they had been reheated after being tossed in the sauce. I ordered original hot and really could not taste the sauce or feel the heat at all. The wings were dry, chewy, bland and very much lacking sauce. Very disappointing to say the least. On a positive note, the fries were good and fresh. My family had the same complaint of the chicken being over cooked and tough. They did have more sauce on theirs.
I don’t know if this was just a busy night and a bad batch, or if this a regular issue at this location. I will not be returning to this wing stop.
Seems like it has gone downhill . I ordered 150 work of food . 15 of my wings had no sauce , the ones that did used to have some sauce in the bottom of the container none did, seemed like the boneless were way overcooked . I guess gloves aren’t a requirement as no one was wearing g gloves. While I was there another guy came in as his order was wrong also. Just want the same as it used to be . Dissapointed .
We ordered take out for Valentine’s and when we got home our order was all wrong, the wings had hardly any sauce (and tasted metallic) and the fries were undercooked. When I called they offered me a refund for the missed item or they would refund it. If you screw up the order so that the customer has to come all the way back, you should remake the correct item and offer a refund for the inconvenience. Worst $60 I’ve ever spent on takeout.
If you want a guarantee that you'll contract an illness of some sort, look no further. I've been door dashing for over a year and everytime I see this place the kitchen is disgusting. The workers attitudes amd ethic are abysmal. If you are ordering from here online, just know that the delivery drivers are filling your cups up. I've seen them make sickly delivery drivers fill up cups. When they are coughing and sneezing and running their nose all over the place. They've made Me do this on several occasions too despite being ill and expressing my discomfort with the practice. They don't care about the customers. They don't care about you. If you want to a sure fire way of getting COVID, food poisoning or some other unknown illness come to this establishment!!
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered online around 730PM (ten wings, veggies and drink) received a time frame of about 28 minutes. I was unable to pay for the order online because they did not have payment capabilities. I arrived at 750pm and there were more people waiting for their orders than actual people dining. (There was 24 customers waiting and 2 eating their food.) I paid and then they made me wait an additional 30 minutes. It was crazy. They just kept taking more orders and more people kept coming in but they put out and order like every ten minutes. We had plans to go see a movie and wanted to get something to eat for our teenage son, so we couldn't leave. If you order from here use door dash or some food takeout delivery so you dont have to wait in person. If you want to dine in go elsewhere. I couldn't tell you how the food was because they killed that experience.
The manager Kathy was rude as hell. She didn’t even apologize for my order being over 30 minutes late and when I asked her for her name, she walked away from me and when I asked another gentleman what her name was he gave it to me they need a hire people that know how to run a business. I’m in the customer service industry and I would never treat my customers like that!!! This place be shut down because this is not the first time this is the only time that I made a comment
