Decor is nice staff is friendly but the often mess up orders. I specifically told them quarter pounder NO vegetables they either put vegetables on the burger or give me a chicken burger apart from that everything is great
Walked in and was completely ignored while they served the three Just Eat Drivers. Wouldn't have minded if they had said sorry and we'll be a moment. This is the 2nd and last time I'll use Wicked. Went to Chippy next door and served within 2 Mins.
Best chicken in Eastbourne! Variety bucket was excellent, very tasty, not greasy at all and hot. Spicy wings superb. Not a fan of chips but these were very very good. Will be back again. Thank you guys.
Better than the colonel! This is THE place to get fried chicken! Worth the extra distance for better service, a better quality of chicken and to support you local business.

Proper chicken meal with no grease. Always value for money and full of flavour. Forget the greasy KFC … go here !!
Ordered the combo meal 3 piece and quarter pounder meal only to be met with a two piece meal and only one set of fries. Dunno where they went but the food was good. Shame they forgot half of it. Got a refund through Uber eats. At least read the order notes when taking an order next time thanks
Rude staff!
When I ordered the food I was told the food would be 15mins which was fine. 35mins later I asked how long the food would be only to be told with a lot of attitude "another 6mins, I told you it would be bit of a wait!" no apology was given, just a rude tone and response.
It would have been nice to have been updated the food would be a bit longer, instead I was expected to sit there waiting.
I would understand if it was busy at the time but it wasn't. Why tell me 15mins in the first place if it wasn't feesable? I used to go regularly but I won't bother anymore due to how rude the staff was. Shame...
Terrible customer service! Half of my order was missing after I waited almost an hour and a half, Called the restaurant to explain and they was so rude!! ! Have refused to refund or send out the missing food we had paid for!
