Kirsty and her colleagues at Whitworths pharmacy Nelson went over and above to help us out during our stay from
Australia . They put us in touch with an independent practitioner who was also considerate, patient and kind and prescribed us the antibiotics we needed, saving us hours of waiting in urgent care with our sick child . Whilst in the pharmacy the staff were kind and considerate to myself , my child and every other customer who visited, offering us a chair, a drink and even christmas chocolates , nothing was too much bother and they genuinely cared enough to make sure everyone got what they needed . What an awesome team of truely beautiful humans . Thank you Whitworths and merry xmas to you all x
Went there today after a prescription mix up at the doctors, and they didn’t have everything I needed for 3 months of overseas work.
(Not short sighted on my behalf, a genuine error from the doctors for which they apologised)
The team of 3 ladies in there dug out blind for me, rang around and managed to find me what I needed. All delivered to the pharmacy within 10 minutes, and I was out of the door a happy man.
Thank you ever so much ladies, 11/10 for customer service and going the extra mile for me. Highly recommend their services.

Do not I repeat use this chemist I've no tablets because of there levels of staff and was treated like a fool stay away from these people very very poor
Absolutely dreadful. I just went in to pick up emergency inhalers and the questions i got asked were why so n so not give them to you. Unnecessary question by lady with black hair which made me feel as if i made more work for her. Also the older lady served me and sed this took me 15 minutes. ARE YOU FOR REAL. She said all the forms and paperwork took her so much time. Theres alot of it. The drs could have printed it and saved her time. SERIOUSLY. I would like to speak to the owner because i am fuming the way I was served today.
Without a doubt, without all the staff at Whitworth pharmacy, I wouldn't of managed. So professional and very caring. I thank all of you, and would highly recommend this pharmacy by far.

Have been using whitworth pharmacy Nelson for a long time, everyone is always very friendly and helpful, always polite and welcoming, All the staff are kind ,I have always got every prescription on time and with no problems.
I'm a Support worker and was looking for a new pharmacy for the people in my care. The staff were extremely profession and friendly. I can't thank them enough for all there help.
