I went to 69th and Western, I set there for more than 15 minutes. I ordered 2 jalapeno burgers and two Impossible burgers with extra pickle and extra onion? And an order of onion rings. . There was no pickle or onion on none of the 4 burgers and the onion rings were cold. Horrible service.

I ordered my food from the Subway.I mean, it's White Castle man.Not that highly impressed the services.Okay, my food was cold.I wouldn't recommend going to the one on the 4067 I didn't like it.Don't go
Went thru drive thru to place an order and it took them over 25 minutes give me the order. Burgers was not hot, cheese not melted and the fries were cold,
I repeated my order three times, and it was sill wrong!
Ordered my food on the mobile app at 5pm. Reserved pickup for 530pm. Get to the location at 5:45 to give them a couple of minutes because I know it sometimes be busy. I get here 2 employees no one in the restaurant or drive thru and my food still not made. Just 2 employees. When asked about my order ahe said she still has to male it. I said really It should of been ready. She saidwell it didn't pop up on the scren to tell us. I said ok go ahead and make it.This girl goes ahead and tells the other employee about what i said. They go ahead and laugh. Very rude and unprofessional
I went to order my food today at 7:40am 10/14/23 the manager and the employees were rude and disrespectful the were very unprofessional and it was and unpleasant visit. You lost a loyal customer and you guys need to hire professional employees.
