They didn't have what I came in for, and initially told me to go to a different Pharmacy, but when I explained that I'd already been to that one 15 minutes earlier and they hadn't provided what I needed, the young guy immediately phoned them to tell them to sort it out.
Could have quite easily fobbed me off but went to the trouble of making that call, which I felt was great service. Also came in here for meds during the pandemic, & they were always highly professional and careful during that.
Services at this pharmacy is very bad. We have visited yesterday around 18:10, to get cream for skin itching for my Son. First they said we can't give any medication without prescription. Than we show them NHS website instructions on that particular case, both girls first not agreed than giving us different lotion. When I have called my private GP , pharmacy staff said we don't have any medication. It was Lyclear Dermal cream.
We went to Boots pharmacy in Great Bridge and without any Questions, they checked my son and give the medication. As this is available without GP .
Very bad service experience at this West Bromwich Lloyd pharmacy
Staff are polite and there is always a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Always quick and efficient with my prescriptions. Highly recommend this Pharmacy, the long opening hours are also a great advantage.

Since the pharmacy took over from Lloyds chemist. We have been hit with problems of getting repeat prescriptions. It's important that we have them on a regular basis. And again time after time the prescription is never ready. And we have no call to say the doctors aren't releasing the prescription. Not a great communication when patients rely on the medication.
after changing from llojds to west bromwich farmacy it's a total tragedy, they keep telling me that they have a problem with the internet and the phones don't work because they are connected to the internet and it's the other way around I can call you and find out if you have medicines ready for me or not. once the line is busy once no one answers and the three of you sometimes walk next to this phone and don't answer I know because I called you when I was inside to see if someone would pick up, you are very rude to people. these positive opinions are probably written by friends and families of employees, because so far you are on the same level as Lyng Medical Practice - i.e. level 0
My one stop pharmacy. Love it the open and closing times suit me well.
The staff are very good and professional and polite they always go behoded & above if they can help you any of the lovely staff will try to do what they can to be professional understanding I myself mark Rogers give all the staff at West Bromwich pharmacy ????%✅ excellent work everyone.
