Wonderful beach! Massive car park (although no mobile signal so struggled around for change) and great that it’s dog friendly. Seemed quiet even though was the best weather day of the week.
We arrived at just after low tide so played on the beach sheltered from the wind behind some rocks for a bit and then had a swim once the sea was a bit closer. It was a nice calm sea to swim in.
Lots of Little Rock pools to explore. Quite a lot of seaweed which our little one enjoyed but if you’re not a fan might struggle to go for a swim.
Lovely cafe with toilets next to the car park.
Lovely beach .the children found many rusty nails while detecting on the beach .toilet facilities near and nice campsite .only problem with site was open drain in toilet block urinal that would enable vermin to enter the shower block .hence 4 stars
I almost don’t want to rate this place. I’d like it to myself. It’s a perfect beach. It’s a sheltered bay for a start. Sandy beach , rock pools. Rocks to climb. Pools to explore. Water is great to swim, paddle board, launch a dingy. Etc. From early morning till late at night it’s beautiful. There are toilets there and the lovely Wavecrest Cafe/diner. A large car park which was free until 2021. Now charges for anything past a 30 min stay. See pic for charges as of 2021. Once you visit here you’ll be back and back again. There’s also some amazing walks on the Pembroke coast path.
A really pretty beach with views out towards Watwick bay and St Annes Headland on the opposite shores. It's well served by a large car park and toilets as well as a cafe. Lovely clean sand and sea with the coastal path leading either way around Angle. Great access straight off the car park for boating with canoes, kayaks or paddleboards around the rugged coastline.
Definitely a place to return to often.
Great beach with a lovely cafe. Car park gets really busy on sunnier days. But parking is free. Its a Pembrokeshire gem and a bit of a drive to get there but well worth it. Lovely walk around Angle head with views of Thorne Island, Chapel Bay Fort and up the Haven to Milford and beyond.
Lovely beach, great friendly cafe. Good for exploring pools. Parking £5 all day but take change or do it online before you get there as phone signal terrible!
Always loved this place. Large beach, great rockpooling at low tide. Cafe and toilets at top of beach. Large carpark. Great for a family beach day. Dog friendly - No restrictions. Lovely walks with stunning views on the coast path.
A lovely quiet bay, free parking, toilets and a cafe. The bay is great for rock pooling and ideal for the ameatur surfer. The beach has been awarded green beach status. Of the weather is nice you can easily spend a whole day there. Ideal for all the family.
