I am very disappointed. I have gone to this wendys several times. Today when I ordered a frosty the girl was short with me not to freindly which is fine but as I sat at the window and watched her make my frosty as sh got up to the window grabbed my spoon then sneezed two big sneezez all over my frosty and spoon. Didn't turn her head and sneeze in her shoulder, or napkin ect. Opens the window and dosent say anything and hands me my frosty. I of course dumped down the sink. Allergy, cold don't care disgusting. A month ago, I went to this location , when the girl got on speaker her and her coworkers where joking around, apparently not interested in my order. Then finally after taking my order and I pull forward her and her coworkers , were all laughing cracking jokes totally ignoring that I was their.(by the way the drive through window does not silence your conversations) they stood their for about 5min or more. Finally when I do get my food she was more focused on still laughing and caring on her conversation with her Co workers. My food was cold, cheeseburger and fries. It was late I was tired and hungry. So to say the least I will not eat at this location again. Don't know if it's bad help or what but I don't eat out often. But when I do I would like quality food and staff. But I have to say I'm at the point cooking for myself much better option. Thx
If I am paying $8-10 for a burger those patties shouldn't look like they were made for a slider. It was small and thin. And because of that way overcooked. You were just barely worth it when the prices were low. Raising the prices and lowering the quality isn't doing you any favors. This is why I rarely order out. Adding Wendy's to the "never again" list. Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave.
I love Wendy's, always have, but in more then one Wendy's in different towns I've received my food almost cold, the cheese is never melted and the lettuce is usually substandard, the meat taste like it was precooked then heated in a microwave which it probably was, but Wendy's has always claimed to have "fresh" food which about 5 yrs ago they did, back when the patties were square and usually pretty fresh and juicy, i don't know what they did but it's not good!
Prices are higher than I'd like to pay, it's a once in a great while fast food place for me, the food was pretty good the chicken sandwich was hard for me to chew so I gave it to my brother, great service not a ling wait, fun, hard work place to work.
This location seems to always find a way to mess up my order. This time I ordered their pretzel baconator without ketchup and a dr pepper with light ice. I got a regular baconator, no pretzel bun with ketchup, and my dr pepper was completely full of ice. They charged me for the pretzel bun but some how forgot to make my sandwich with it. I don't know why this location always has issue I don't have nearly as many problems when I go to other locations. Very frustrating!!! I mostly avoid this location because they always seem to have issues but every now and again I give them another try because they are the most convenient for me. Unfortunately they continue to disappoint ????
Nothing big, I just used the drive-through like all the other fast food joints.
The manager is nice, but the workers don't know the difference between chicken nuggets and fries, or medium and large. No matter what I order, they always find a way to give me the wrong things.
I'm all about the frosty's! Chocolate, strawberry and peppermint are good! I also enjoy thier lemonades that they offer. You can't go wrong with a Chocolate frosty with hot French fries dip it in with a large strawberry lemonade. And the staff is always nice!
