This Wendy's location is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at. I ordered #7 from the Breakfast menu. To my surprise, the sandwich looked nearly identical to the picture. I had to tell the cook and cashier my appreciation of their great service, and that they are what's the difference.

I went through the drive through and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a vanilla frosty coffee, I paid recieved my items. The associate who was running drive through gave me ice cream instead of a coffee and I explained to her that I didn't order ice cream she responded with well I didn't hear that the proceed to walk away as I was talking to her. I work in customer service and that was completely unacceptable
Almost every time I've gone they have been extremely slow in making food. I'm currently in drive thru and have been waiting for 15 minutes already and only 1 car has moved. They occasionally get orders wrong as well. Last time I ordered a burger and chicken nuggets and got a jr. Chicken sandwich goodie bag.
Time and time again things are either forgotten. Even when I Doordarsh from this location the one thing that is always forgotten is my sauce. I went today, ordered the Asiago ranch club, and they gave me a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I love the food here but I just wish it was correct.
Tried to order via drive thru. I told them after the first item I had alot to order (ordering for 5 ppl). Nothing worse than having them constantly ask "is that all" after item. I am trying to get the orders from passengers in the car while this individual is interrupting. Then before I can add the drink to a combo she rings up a random drink and totals my order when I still had 2 other ppl to order for. I could understand if I held the drive thru up for 5 min or more but we were literally there 3 min. It wouldn't have taken that long if not for the constant interuptions. I drove off. In past my orders have always missed an item or two. Sometimes my chicken would be old and like shoe leather. After this episode, I will not be going back to this Wendys. If any. Tired of giving them various chances and being left telling myself "what was I thinking? I knew better..."
I stop by once in a while. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes my fries are hot and other times they're not. But that's my only complaint.

Stopped in for some quick chicken sandwiches and recieved great sandwiches and even better service. The person greeted us was so friendly and polite. This is not the first time we have had this nice of a experience at this Wendy's.
