Part of my order was take-out, and Leanora said that they didn't do those plastic Wendy's bags anymore. When I came back to the counter when my order was ready, she had found a plastic grocery bag for me. Very kind and very nice, and had got my order right on the first try too. Wendy's needs more employees like her.
Place is hit or miss on accuracy, food quality and wait time. Not surprised, the drive thru screen has been broken for at least 2 months.
Whoever the gentlemen were who worked around 6pm tonight were AMAZING! Timing was great. Food was perfect. They were a great team! Give them a raise!!!!!
After a meeting yesterday, 06 February 2024, we stopped by Wendy's to get something to eat when in the dining room and counter areas you could smell the smell of urine, yes; Pee.
Investigated where it was coming from, and as soon as I opened the door to the men's room, I nearly got sick, and I have a very strong stomach.
Went to the counter to let them know and asked if someone could clean it, and the lady behind the counter just looked at me. When I asked again if someone was going to clean it, she asked if I needed to use it. The point wasn't if I was going to use it or not, but the fact it was nasty and the smell was permiating throughout the building and onto the food.
We walked out and went over to Arby's, which was very clean. It's a shame because I love the Baconator, chili, and fries with a soft drink and Frosty.
They need to step it up if I'm going to go back there. If people could have smelled it inside the building, they wouldn't even have gone through the drive-through.
Didn’t even order food! Just came in to go the restroom and the one seat was covered in urine! While the other one is continually flushing! Absolutely disgusting! The floors are also very slippery..
I’m a DoorDash driver and I showed up last night for two orders for pickup 15 minutes before they closed. When I got there, they had two cars that I could see sitting in the drive thru and their delivery truck parked next to it. A lady came out and told me that they were not taking orders and that I had to come back when the truck was unloaded. I chose to sit in the parking lot and wait until it was done. I waited a half hour until the same lady came out and told me that they would be closed by the time they got done. They sent me away, costing me $26 for the two orders and all the gas I wasted to get there.
I’m trying not the blame them because when I went through the drive-thru, they were 20 minutes to closing, but the chicken wrap was genuinely inedible. As my bf put it, “It shouldn’t feel like I’m biting into a jolly rancher when I’m eating chicken”, which was incredible accurate. I shouldn’t be able to akin what’s supposed to be soft grilled chicken to a hard candy… don’t even get me started on the fries.. At least my Sprite was good ????.
