This Wendys isn't the Best When it Comes to Service and Atmosphere but the Food is Always on Point. I've never gotten Bad Good from this Wendy's which is Something I can't say about the Wendy's that's closest to home. This Wendy's Service,Atmosphere, and Cleanliness is Just Average nothing Special. Although on One Note the Staff is Usually very Funny and Charming. I Remember one Night Me and 3 Friends Bought 100 Nuggets at like 12am and the Staff was really Honest and Were Joking with us about the Large order and it Really Made our Night. That's why I go out of my way to go to this Specific Wendy's rather than the 1 that is literally 5 minutes from my house.
Wendy’s customer service has gone down hilll
This Thursday I had a terrible experience at the Wendy’s on 5115 West Colonial Dr. in Orlando Florida. I went inside the restaurant waited about 10 to 15 minutes with no service. There were people thaf had been waiting in front of me advising there was only one person Making food and she was on her phone.photo is available -customers waited while employee was on the front line on her phone to be serviced. I asked the cashier for a manager who finally appeared her name was Amanda I asked her for corporate number and was given the wrong number. I found the number and just called corporate who advised someone will get with the store no ETA no follow up etc didn’t get my info - and left late for work without FOOD —that’s not sufficient.
What a disgrace of a restaurant this place has turned into.
I have never, in my life, felt it more necessary to create a negative review than this particular place right here. You can count on your order being consistently wrong, if you even get your whole order in the first place. Today was ridiculous : I ordered two chicken sandwiches (one regular and a ghost pepper) and a double bacon cheeseburger with a side of regular chicken nuggets... I instead got a single chicken sandwich, two double bacon cheeseburgers and a side of SPICY nuggets. Not a single aspect of this order was correct, as opposed to just a few things being wrong like normal. To hell with this place, and you can guarantee I will actively make time out of my day to come back here and tell you all this in person.
We had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. We dined in and all the crew was serving was the drive through. The restaurant was out of Coke and several other flavors of drink. I will not return to this location. It was poorly ran, although it had a full staff. The ketchup dispenser in the lobby was also empty. This place needs a manager that cares about the customers and not just being friends and laughing and playing with the crew
This location is ludicrous. They only take one order at a time and then make you pull up to an area where you’re facing incoming traffic or blocking the drive-through lane. must be some attempt at pretending they’re serving the food faster than they really are.
I had a long wait, and there were two managers having a meeting, however, they did not get actively involved in helping the slow line making any progress. Also, there was a petite young lady, who kept putting her hands in her nose and picking it, and then, working with the food… I was not at all impressed and will never go back to this Wendy’s
I ordered thru drive thru with the GM Bianca at the window taking my order, they pull my car up to wait for my food, after 10min of waiting and seeing other cars getting their food I go inside to see what’s taking so long to get my food. When I speak with the employees at the register all of them are just wandering around and I ask for my order, upon checking the GM Bianca starts the blame game pointing fingers at her employees saying you gave out the wrong order and blaming everyone instead of leading her staff. There was so much disorder no one knew what happened or how to correct the situation so I asked for my money back and that took another 10min to do the Shift lead also wandering around, I am not going to visit this Wendy’s again and I will make sure to inform anyone that asks not to go to this location, all employees including the GM Bianca need to be retrained on customer service and how to lead a shift that includes employees.
10 minutes waiting in front of the register all employees looking at me but no one want to take my order and one person come from the back after. 10 minutes just to tell me order needs to be online only , what the heck is that mean??? But they are taking orders thru the servi car 10 minutes waiting for nothing, all employee making jokes all over the place and 2 other guys looks very confused or high i dont know but this is my last time visiting this store
