Ordered delivery directly through the Wendy’s website. Frosty was missing. Driver drove around (probably doing other orders). Good was all cold. DoorDash support wouldn’t do anything more than a 15% discount. Not worth it, won’t be doing that again.
If I go back, not sure yet, will try again, but they couldn't process mobile orders through the drive thru, didn't know that until in the line. But honestly having worked at FF places, couldn't they have processed it from the counter register and just handed it through the drive thru?
Went in to order carry-out. As she was ready to take my order, the other employees were quite loud & she yelled something to them, but it didn't deter them. So, I placed my order, wanted free mini frosty, she said they only have chocolate, my total was $10.32. Then she remembered they're out of frosty, new total is $8.81. I asked about the price difference, since mini would've been free with my tag, she stated yes it wouldve been free but again they're out of frosty. I couldn't get an answer abt price difference, ok. Meanwhile, the employees are still loud, my cashier goes to the office, a girl hands me my food & as I'm walking out, all 3 of the employees that were loud walked out too. They got in a car beside me & left the premises even before I did. I've read numerous negative reviews on this location & I can see why. Very unprofessional. Ps, food was good, tho fries could've been fresher.
I have came to this location several times and every time “they are closed” it was 8:55pm tonight lights was on went to the drive through. There was a sign on the speaker saying (out of everything except chicken, chili) and some other few things that I don’t remember. I was wanting chili so I figured I was okay to order but then a girl said “we’re closed” online says they close at midnight.
It has been the same for the last 3 times I have came to this location. This place needs to close down for good or get employees who are willing to work.
Just went through the drive through and was told they were only taking online orders. There was no indication of this anywhere so it was very frustrating to hear this at the drive through since I went out of my way to come here, especially since the amount of effort to assemble the order would have been the same.
They were out of chocolate frosty. The vanilla is not very good. This Wendy's is pretty bad. Generally long waits. A frequently out of items. My previous visit they didn't have any spoons. The fork wasn't terrible to eat a frosty with.
The level of racism was strong here. I'm going to be blunt. My wife (white) was driving, and we pulled up to drive thru and told us with a horrible and broken english attitude, told us they were closed (at 9pm when online and signs say 12am) but before we even completely pulled away... a person of darker skin pulled up and started ordering and they took their order with no complaints.
This has got to be the worst Wendy's in the history of Wendy's. I went there a couple of months ago because my granddaughter wanted it. Their doors were closed and the drive through line was around the building. So I told her to order on my Wendy's app and we went across the street to pick up something else. Got back and still waited in line for 10 minutes. Got up to speaker and they told me I had to go in to do app orders. I was frustrated by then and just told them if they couldn't hand me my already paid for app order to just cancel it, both of which they refused. I filed a complaint on the app and got no reply, I had to do a charge card charge back. This morning there was no line or customers and it had been over an hour since they opened, and they would not answer me at the speaker, pulled up to the window and was ignored. this place sucks, how it stays open is beyond me.
