I bought a baked potato... with butter and bacon... they were out of butter!
I bought a bacon cheeseburger... and asked for no bun and no cheese... they gave me a burger. no ketchup, mustard, and NO BACON! I am so restricted with what I can eat and the few things l looked forward to... well, it wasn't great.
Ordering dinner here is fine it seems but they can’t seem to figure out how to put their sandwiches in the morning together and all they say is “I’m sorry ma’am.” Which only goes so far after the third Time ordering is once again wrong. I’d rather have good service and actually get what I ordered than an “I’m sorry”. The photo was supposed to be a honey chicken biscuit. No chicken. The croissant egg, cheese, and sausage came without egg or cheese, which no one asked for that. Who puts a sandwich together with just bread and says “yep, that’s what someone ordered!?”
I live right up the road. Awhile back the staff was awesome and everything was given to you very quick. Now, the food is ALWAYS cold. Nothing is fresh. And the staff is constantly socializing and not focused on the customer. You’re there to work. I’ve waited in their drive through line for almost 45 minutes before. Completely unacceptable. The last time I was there I heard one of the employees say to another one, “This is why corporate was called on you”. So my guess is that I’m not the only one who has complained. Not impressed.
This Wendy’s was pretty good. We got our stuff fairly quick for lunch. The spicy chicken I had just had a big chunk of white iceberg lettuce. There was nothing green about it.
A crispy chicken sandwich now comes without mayonnaise? Service is incredibly slow and absolutely terrible. Nobody answers the phone when you call to complain. So I will be contacting corporate to complain about how this restaurant is ran!
I am honestly disappointed in the quality that Wendy's is giving out now. We had 2 medium meals and 2 biggie bag orders shoved into one bag, resulting in sandwiches squished. The wrappers are covered in grease like they have been dropped in the fry holding bins and still used. It's just sad that this is the quality that is considered acceptable. Steer clear and drive the extra distance to get something different.
The food was too hot to eat. I loved it. I hit the drive through, had to wait a bit and got great service! ????
I can't believe they had the nerve to try and serve this old dried out piece of Jerky. If you can't find good help or serve a proper product do us all a favor and close for the night. I wouldn't feed this to my dog.
