This business is by far the worst place I've ever dined. I walked in and placed an order using the kiosk as suggested only to be asked if I was there for something after i began patiently waiting on my meal to be made. The young kid on the fryer was so disrespectful to other employees as well as the customers. The little boy started being disrespectful questioning why I had ordered my burger with no bun; yinz know it as "Dave's way" I suggest that he get some additional training and coaching because first, "the customer is always right" and secondly, he should know of "Dave's way" considering Dave Thomas is the founder of Wendy's. The rest of the staff seems to work well together, but they need some guidance on cleanliness and professionalism.
Why is it impossible to get attention or service at this Wendy’s location as a customer? To whom does this location need to be reported to either a provide timely service or discontinue operations? The volume of 1 star reviews is quite telling.
This has to be the worst Wendy’s in the city of Pittsburgh ignorant employees so you go in the dining area expecting to use cash that you’re told you cannot use cash. You have to use the Whatever the hell the machine is called no wonder all these fast food are going under. Don’t let them fool you
Unbelievable, arrived in the drive thru at 11:23 on Saturday night. There were probably 8 cars in front of me, ok that’s fine realizing it was a Saturday night and busy. But after only moving up one car, and being in line till 12:00 with no end in sight I pulled away. How is it possible to go to a drive thru and wait over a half hour and still have 7 cars ahead of you? Plus there were at least 5 cars behind me!! Unexpected to say the least…
This is easily the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The drive-thru line is always incredibly slow, the workers are rude and really couldn't care less about their job or customer service. The inside is usually filthy. I've given them a try maybe 5 times in the last few years since I live close, and they have *never* gotten my order correct.
I was at the window placing an order and I was not finish before they punch it in and when I tell them what I need, they said they can’t do anything about it because they punch it in already. That’s total foolishness you supposed to ask if need anything else before put it in. Worst Wendy’s service I ever get from. I’ve been buying at the store. I think they need to train stuff better to handle customer.
I ordered on Uber eats and Most of my food did not come. This is unacceptable! I will not be ordering again. I spent $50 dollars and all i got was a lemonade, a cheese fry, and a jr bacon cheeseburger. I ordered for 5 people, that is a meal for one! this is so crazy! Do not come here!
WOW ! The woman who took my order and gave me my food was extremely rude. She has no clue what customer service is or how to be polite a customer ! They can’t even figure out how to give you the condiments that you order. I drive past this ghetto establishment everyday and will never return. The manager and the woman working the drive though should both get canned ! All of the 1 star reviews don’t lie !!
