I had a Baconator which was good, warm and crispy. Also had a Cinnamon which was okay and was on the small side, but the extra sauce made up for it. The restaurant looks very modern and new. The Baconator was prepared well but the bacon was over cooked.
Food and customer service was soo bad.
The burgers were not cooked and the staffed was not polite.
Also ordered sandwiches and we did not receive full order!
Went through the drive thru around 4:40pm to be rushed through my order and never was asked what size I wanted. Was told to drive around without knowing my total.
Get up to the first window and the young gentleman told me that my order was still being rung up while holding my card. I was charged for a large order when I wanted regular, but was never asked by the person taking the order, Then I was told that the next window would give me my receipt!
As I pulled up to the second window, I was told to keep pulling up past the window. I assume this is to make it seem like they’re doing things in a timely fashion. But upon receiving my food, fries were cold and chicken sandwich was old. Couldn’t go back in to really complain, cause I never received my receipt!
Horrible location
The food was good but the service needs some help, as they had my biggie bag mixed with the 4 for $4 and told me that I'd have to find it. If items are different in the bags they need to let us know which is which.
In my experience, the workers always seem pleasant. The service is slow but the acknowledgment from the workers makes up for the lack of speedy service. I recommend placing a mobile order ahead of time to avoid waiting in drive-thru, at least you get to skip the wait.
I had a frosty and a chicken sandwich and it was really tasty. Every time I get a frosty I usually enjoy it a lot. I like most of the menu items at Wendy's. This isn't a modern Wendy's but it does have the same or better quality food.
Horrible customer service. Order through the app and was told to park. 15 mins go by and no one came out with my order. Drive back through the drive thru and she said I have to come in to get it. I said that I can't and she said to just refund it through the app then. I drive up to the second windows and speak to her in person who still refused to hand me my order. Eventually an older lady came up and was able to bring out my food. Asked for the district manager or Gms number but was given the store number which disconnects immediately after calling.
Restaurant opens at 630 they did not even answer the speaker for 20 minutes after they opened I spoke into the speaker and they ignored me knowing they were in the building. It only take 5 secs to communicate with people and let them know if something is wrong ???? it’s common courtesy.
