I'm sure the food would have been fine if ANY of the employees would have acknowledged my wife and I. Sadly, we stood at the register for several minutes with employees making eye contact and then turning their backs on us without so much as a " we'll be right with you." This is the second time in one week the same thing has happened to us at Wendy's, and the second time there was nobody in the lobby or drive thru! We ended up going to Burger King both times and we were treated properly. Do better Wendy's!
Slowest, grumpiest staff I’ve ever seen at any restaurant in my life. I waited over 20 minutes to have my order taken and nobody would even make eye contact with me. A guy in line behind me yelled for the manager and the staff just told him to be quiet and continued to ignore everyone in line. The owner and manager should be ashamed
I’d like to share how my food was but I never even got a chance to order it. After waiting in a “line” with only one person in front of me for like 10 minutes, I just walked out. Dave Thomas must occasionally turn over in his grave if he were to see what has become of a once was great fast food place. Too, bad I can’t give zero stars.
We ordered $38 worth of food from this location. My boyfriend arrived to pick it up and had to wait about 25-30 minutes for the order, after waiting about 5 minutes to see someone at the front counter. Had we not prepaid, he would've left and gotten food from elsewhere. Once he was handed the order, the employee said sorry for the wait, at least it will be fresh.
After we opened the contents of our two bags of food, we noticed everything was room temperature. Additionally, the buns were hard on the bottom and felt like they had been sitting out all day. I ordered 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers, two of which contained half of a full size patty making them rectangular patties (never seen this before). The third contained the normal, smaller size square patty. The two medium frosties we ordered were also lukewarm and watery like they had been sitting out all day.
I've actually NEVER had bad Wendy's before so it's saddening to write this review! However, this was my first time at this location and noted to never go back.
We threw all of the food away and ordered Jack in the Box. Now trying to figure out if it's worth reaching out to corporate to get a refund on our order.
Had ???? ???? roach ???? ???? ???? in my food that's all I can say while staff thought this was a funny matter I've reported to the health district .. staff are like little children the manger is no better Isabella is no better with her attitude .. like it was my fault ..what a joke this is why I stay away from fast food . But I felt I deserve something today ???????????? guess a ???? in my food.
I literally orders food at 10:30a 12/08/2023 when normal service began and the food was pre-cooked. They are getting really lazy…. It’s too early for the food to be this bad.

Foods ok. The lady at the front counter is fantastic. They don't keep you waiting for very long. Also there's no kiosk which I personally prefer to order directly fish a person.
