First time buying the new breakfast burrito as shown on TV commercial but nothing the same! My burrito was made horribly (tortilla was not heated well and was hard) when I opened the burrito it was missing pieces of the tortilla like if someone had taken a bite and it was extremely salty! Will not buy again! Not worth paying $5. Do not recommend! Staff was friendly though!
If It looks like the line is clear at the drive thru, It's probably not. They stick people up in the parking spaces after your order. I just went for some quick nuggets before work. I sat there for 20 minutes inside trying to get my food or a refund, but they were too busy to run the front end. The church's right next door, so just save yourself the trouble.
One of the worst drive thru experiences I have ever had. Placed order quickly and pulled to window, paid and was asked to park and wait for food. I was parked for about 20 minutes waiting. Food was brought out for other orders even some after me. The manager who was bringing out the food kept asking what I had. Then taking the food she had to other cars. Finally after 20 minutes our food arrived, it was all lukewarm and dried out like it sat under heating lamps for 20 minutes. No apologies for the wait, no explanation. It was terrible, I even did the survey on back of receipt, while waiting asked for a reply I never got. I also threw out code for a free burger as I wouldn't ever come back here even for free food.
Worst location. Will never go back. Order was not correct and missing food. Then multiple employees catch attitudes when we say we are missing food. Pointing finger at each other on who should help us. We don’t yell or make a big deal about it. But after waiting to get our food then having to wait another 20 mins to get the things that were missing. By the time we get home everything is cold. These young kids have no work ethic. And no customer service. No one wants to work. What do we expect at these fast food places I guess.
Ghetto area, clean bathroom, customer service was decent, wait time ok, not too crowded, dinning facility set up could of been better and it was a mediocre fast food for Vegas. # almost a dive place but still striving, lol
It's Wendy's but I will say they have one the best breakfasts I've had for fast food restaurants they got biscuits and gravy eggs sausage bacon Swiss cheese crossiant or biscuits there breakfast potatoes are the best should have those available all day and night so gooood but like i said it's Wendy's everything is good I'd pick Wendy's over few other fast food chains ????????????
They were short staffed it was Halloween and it took 15 minutes a car MINNIMUM took forever to get our food the person who took our order had MAJOR attitude when we got our food and got home I checked my food and the burger was cold the cheese wasn’t melted the bread was stale and the fries were super cold too and the cheese looked and tasted old too the fries were hard and stale and we waited 45 minutes for what a whole bunch of stale food?
The restaurant was completely empty and there was no one there. They had good customer service but the problem and issue was they had no bottled water and that is just unheard of in 2024. And when I looked at the white guy who did order food for the price that he paid and the size of the burger it was absolutely ridiculous.
