I usually don’t have a problem with Wendy’s, but today, not only did they get my order Wrong and I had to drive back to get the correct order; I get home to eat only be find a super long hair in my frosty. I’m feeling some kind of way too because they sale strawberry in the summer so I don’t go. I was super excited to drink my frosty. I wanted the ice cream more than I wanted the sandwich. I don’t want to drive back to Wendy’s though for a 3rd time to get a fresh one. Now, on the plus side, the ladies were very nice and polite. They were efficient even if not accurate, and were ready to remedy my incorrect order. I just wish they all would have had on a hair net so that I didn’t have hair in my frosty. FYI, I have a short Afro, which I posted so Wendy’s can know that it definitely did not come from me. Make sure you check your food and cups before pulling off.
Polite staff, clean kitchen from what could be seen. Dining area had some clean places, also had some tables in need of major wipe down
Problem with food, never did get my burger correct. They fixed it 3x and the bun was still cold, much too much mayonnaise. No lettuce and only 1&1/2 ultra thin slices of bacon on a baconator.
They did not leave the pickles off friends burger. Other friend didn't get a beverage at first and had to go back and get one. There was something wrong with their burger but wouldn't tell me what.
I did notfind the food to be worth the price. 40$ for 3 people with all the problems? Sorry not worth it. But will try location again before avoiding spot.
Fresh hot food served with care ???? The breakfast sandwich was so well organized and layered to perfection. Every bite got better and better. The potato wedges were just like J.J. Walker would say, "DYNAMITE" J.Mitch gives ???? ????
This Wendy's has really stepped it up in the past few months. I've gone twice recently and both orders were correct even with customizations. Prompt service through the drive-thru and the food was hot. No complaints.
This Wendy's is absolutely disgusting. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was still raw. I knew something wasn't right cause it had the craziest taste. So I pulled my lettuce and tomatoes off and pulled back the breading and there you have it, RAW UNCOOKED MEAT. I called corporate and just waiting for someone to call me back. These fast food restaurants are not what they used to be. I will never eat there again and make sure your food is cooked when you order from this Wendy's on Penn Ave. (Wilkinsburg)
Ordered our food off of GrubHub after boycotting Wendy's for almost 2 years due to a different location. May I say, whoever was working tonight absolutely did amazing! This is what Wendy's is suppose to taste like! Spicy asiago was impeccable and my husband's pretzel baconator was perfect! Nuggets were spot on and made my kids super happy (which if you know 3 year olds, that's damn near impossible). Thank you so much guys!!!!!!
service 0, all customers wait to order 15-20min. work very slowly! several people left. did not wait. I showed my order, after 20 minutes I asked "where is my order?" will be ready now. I asked again 5 minutes later. they say again what order you have? madhouse.
It is a normal Wendy's. Everyone was kind and the food was hot. I went through the drive thru so I don't know how the cleanliness is.
