Been living near this Wendy's a while now and love Wendy's but this is the only Wendy's I've ever been too where the fries taste consistently old and anything but fresh. I don't know if they are not changing their oil or what! Every other Wendy's fries taste fresh! Besides that usually have good service here.
Absolute worst Wendy's in Troy. Sat in the drive thru for 5+ minutes without so much as a peep on the intercom at around 9:30pm. I drove around to see if someone was inside, there were. 3 people. A car was at the window. I heard them blow the horn and about 5 minutes after that, someone finally came to the window to see what that car wanted. I could hear the lady inside get an attitude with the customer who wanted food and was trying to calmly explain their situation as to why they weren't at the speaker box.
1 out of 5 stars. The Wendy's on Main Street is way better. Better service and better quality of food. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else where you don't have to wait 5-10 minutes at a box to place your order.

Wanted nuggets. Sat at speaker box too long with no answer. Staff inside screwing off. No orders being taken. Went elsewhere.
I purchased the 2 for $3 breakfast - egg and cheese biscuit (first time) and the breakfast potatoes. The biscuit is not a choice I would normally make, but it was good. The potatoes were of better quality than the last time I had them (~2 years ago) - none had any bad spots this time. I would still prefer a different bread choice but this was a good value meal that I would purchase again.
The black gentleman who helped me at the front counter was full of life and seemed to enjoy his job and make sure every guest had a great experience. I will make sure to recommend all my customers at Chevrolet at Troy to stop here !
We were traveling from Indiana down to North Carolina after the holidays and decided to stop at this Wendy’s. We were amazed at the quality of food and they didn’t mess up our orders! This is a rare occurrence because we do order a modified burger, and in the past many Wendy’s have not gotten that correct. However, this Wendy’s did! In addition, the fries and nuggets we ordered were piping hot and not cold or soggy! This was a memorable Wendy’s experience and we are so glad we stopped here. Thank you Wendy’s!
doesn’t define as “fast food” when waiting 10 mins for each car. Food was cold by the time I even got home and ate. Will never be coming back to this wendy’s ever again. terrible.
Rarely is a fast food lunch exciting but our visit to the Troy Ohio Wendy's was! The staff was fun friendly and very polite. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. And our hamburgers were hot and juicy! Good job Wendy's team!
Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru window for a frosty. The machine was working, I understand that. The girls at the window were courteous. Then I'm handed a frosty and I drive off...the frosty had the consistency of slightly curdled milk. I couldn't even use the spoon. After a few sips, I had to dump it out.
