There were issues with not getting dressing and pecans with the salads. The cheeseburger did not have cheese melted on it and was salty. I let John the manger know and he absolutely made sure the order was corrected and that just great customer service. The meal was ordered again and everything was perfect. My wife ordered a frosty in addition and it was delicious.
Went there through the drive-thru this morning to get food for all my guys at the office. It was a surprise breakfast nonetheless, everyone loved it. However I have to say that everyone absolutely raved over Wendy's breakfast, not only that but the service was Top Notch. John was the one who took my order he was very pleasant very fast and my order was perfect nothing was missing everything was cook the order fresh.! I just want to give a huge thanks you to John because there is a big line that formed behind me while I was figuring out that new app and waiting for my food. But for whoever else was there they did a fantastic job on getting all of my order 100% correct and again John was really really Pleasant, he had a fantastic attitude even though they were busy as heck. What I find is so funny is I think it's always happens to people before I went into the drive-thru I sat in a parking space to get the app correct and during that time I was there for about 5-10 minutes answer to call her too and no one had came to the drive-thru as soon as I came to the drive-thru I see one car then two cars and three cars and four cars and then it started wrapping around and then when I left it literally had wrapped around the building. I find that so ironic when that happens SMH but they did a heck of a job on handling all that Sudden Rush out of nowhere shout out to John once again!

Finally tried this new location after leaving the beach. Friendly quick service right away at drive thru, order was hot and delicious and exactly as we ordered. The staff were jovial and very nice. The inside looked new and clean and open not all crammed. Lots of nice roomy parking spots and well lit at night. Also a very cool patio outside with lights and fans, will try that next time!
Overall, the food is decent and if there’s a problem it’s fixed, but for whatever reason everytime I’m thru the drive thru and I encounter the guy with red hair which I assume is a manager because he wears a different shirt than the rest, and he always has a nasty attitude. I am always polite and respectful and he’s always rude or correcting me. Kind of over his service and unsure if I will return. Rest of the team is pretty decent.
This is a fairly new location; however, this is a very small location that seems to be more suitable for drive-thru or take out. There is seating inside & out; however, it is not suitable for a very large crowd. Have eaten there several times and the food has been great.
Said it opened at 6:30. We went at 7:30 and no one was working the drive thru drove around and no one at the windows but 2 cars in the parking lot. If your not open do t say your open.
These people have refused to take my order on multiple occasions at various times in the afternoon as well as evening. Today, while 5 employees stood around, I was told-- yet again-- that there is "no cashier" to take my order. I was referred to use their nasty kiosk that does not accept cash. This will be my last attempt to order food at this location that refuses cash and refuses to hire a damn cashier.
