As much as you may like Wendy's the inside of this establishment is filthy. The staff clearly doesn't clean the lobby. As you look at the floors on a daily basis are filthy, it's dinghy, the table's are always filthy. I can only imagine what the kitchen and the equipment behind the counter looks like. It's apparent there has to be rodents in the establishment. Compared to the other Wendy's in the city this one is the worst. The front counter staff needs help with organization, in the evening and in the morning they need staff that acts as if they want to be there. There demeanor and attitudes are terrible.
Have had a lot of bad fast food experiences but this was NOT one of them. Lunch was perfect!! Hot, fresh burger and fries. Not sloppy. Great job by the staff on a Tuesday 2:00pm shift. Thank you.
Wonderful. The #1 is my favorite. Don’t forget milk with your burger. Omg. I love the nuggets. Love bringing my children to Wendy’s. Loved working here in high school.
Let me start by saying my family and I LOVE WENDYS!! However this particular location along with the S. Ogden location always serve COLD FOOD. I ordered via Uber eats and paid extra for prompt delivery. I’m literally 6 min away from the restaurant my Uber arrived 2 min early which means my food was handed to him already cold. Nothing was fresh and my family is so disappointed. NOBODY WANTS COLD FOOD. Quality over quantity is what this restaurant needs to learn just because you’re busy does not mean BARE MINIMUM. I don’t have money to spend on cold nasty food. We are DISAPPOINTED is an understatement we threw it ok out and now I’m making tacos which makes my kids even later for bed time and me late for work. $37.64 down the drain
Perfect dining experience here for lunch today. Placed a mobile order, came in and found it was ready. The staff were friendly and professional. The dining room was clean and tidy, and the food was fresh and delicious, just as ordered.
2nd visit, store worse than last visit!!!
I'm a retired RGM, here's the complaints;
1) Service at drivethru was good BUT something was on the inside of a drink cup that wasn't part of the beverage, my daughter told the female at window we would like a replacement & why. The female gave an angry look, came back with new drink cup & rudely said :"all you needed to say was something in your drink" & walked away!!! That's all we said!!
2) The food was served within 60 seconds BUT the burgers were barely even warm & not from a hot hold bin! That's 4 burgers all luke warm!
I'm highly ticked off, no manager on duty has the right to talk to any customer the way this female did (I assume she wad a shift or store manager). Had this been my restaurant & I overheard this female talk like that to a customer she would be told to clock out & written up. I won't be back but i will ask District/Regional bosses to go to this unit unannounced for a surprise visit. I will follow up with corp on this also. I felt sorry for the workers who were multitasking working hard having to deal with a rude boss.
7:45 on a Thursday night. I waited in the drive thru for nearly 18 minutes. I was the fifth car in line. When I gave the order, the person on the other end had a lousy attitude. When I got my food, the girl at the window didn't mention that she had another bag coming. I should have known, but didn't. Walked back in the restaurant and waited nearly 10 minutes to get the order. No one was taking orders at the counter for several minutes causing many customers to leave. This has long been the worst Wendy's around. Why can't you get it together? In the end, the food was mediocre, cold, not worth the trouble.
I placed my order and they didn't even start making it until 15 min later.4 people came in got there food. The kicker is my husband ordered before me and got his food. He even ate his sandwich before I got my food! Also my frostie was at this point a milky mess. One star is giving to much credit.
