Very disappointed in the price Utah location. Went thru drove thru in a.m. and cashier told us 3 times she'd be with us in a "minute". We waited a long time. No other cars in drive thru and no one else in drive thru. We paid and she told us to pull forward and wait for our order. When I asked how long that would be she said... " I don't know". When she brought our food out she forgot part of our order. Thank goodness they pretty much just heat up food there. It was good but the service was absolutely awful. I'm glad we don't live in Price. :(
I ordered a chicken caesar salad today this is what I got. All the dark lettuce had gone bad, and buried under romaine. I also got a huge stem from the romaine. NASTY!

It was purchased at the Price, Utah franchise, Sept. 27, 2022 around 11:15 am.
I personally like the ordering screens they have at the door, much easier to order than squinting at a wall. Cleanish bathrooms with hella water pressure. Frosties never let me down. Black coffee was better than Einstein Bros.
On our way to and from Green River, this location was our stop as it served best fries and nuggets! Fries were crispy, on another level when compared to other chains that can’t get the basics right. An excellent stopover on your way to Moab. Best Wendy’s branch in Utah! Staff is awesome too!
I loved❤️ the fresh hot food.???? But, on the way into the parking lot I thought I lost my car to a sinkhole,???? but it was just a pot hole.???? I guess all the ice and snow in the winter is taking its toll on it. ???? Hopefully they fix the drainage and the parking lot soon. ????????
Good food. Good service. Pretty busy which is good for them.
The employees were too busy filling doordash orders to help the actual customers that were waiting in line so we left and went to Burger King so I could eat lunch at lunch time. I waited 10 minutes in line before I left
Be Warned: "DINING ROOM HOURS 11-2" does not translate to the dining room actually being open. A more accurate sign would read: "Carry-out hours 11-2" The only reason we chose Wendy's is because the sign misleadingly indicates the store is open. The irony is that the dining room was open in June 2020, but is now closed for "covid" in 2021. ????
Typical fast food joint... orders are likely to be wrong. I'm not big on fast food anyway, and only come here once a year for my son on his birthday, because he loves it. The mistake with my order and overbilling weren't rectified by the manager, we had to eat in the hot sun, and still only got mediocre food, I think I'm good to wait another year to come back. That being said, the drive through here is always packed. It's no joke that if you drive by Wendy's between 8-9 pm, you're sure to see a super long line here. So, people love it...I just don't.
