The dirtiest kitchen and tables in lobby I've ever seen. The trash was over filled too. The workers were the most unpleasant people I've ever met.
Went through drive through today ordered 3 burgers, cheese fries and chilli. We did not get a spoon nor any of our burgers! Last week we couldn't get anything with bacon, said it would be 30 minute wait. Need more competent management or staff who care about customer service!
Deceptive marketing! Signs clearly show multiple patties. There needs to be SEVERE consequences for major corporations who do this.
A lot of the people here are very nice and seem to enjoy their work atmosphere but when I came through this evening, 2/19/24, the gentleman’s taking orders in the drive through seemed like he hates his job and just overall unfriendly and very rude.
Otherwise the food and service is good.
Disappointing. Cold food. Miserable service. Don't know why person taking orders was so hateful -- maybe because he works at Wendy's ? Maybe that's a good reason? But talking it out on customers doesn't fix the problem.
8:00 pm 12/21/23. No one was there...we pull up to the drive thru and before we even order a voice comes over the intercom and says "it will be 30 minutes before whatever you order will be ready". We wanted an apple juice for our grandson and a small fry but we didn't even get the words out of our mouth. What world are we living in?it's fast food....not a steak dinner 30 minutes? We drove away since clearly what they wanted
I put a mobile order in and it has taken over 30 minutes through the drive through just to get the food. Numerous people actually left the drive through because of the wait. Don't recommend coming here at night because it is run by clowns.
Went thru the Drive True.
Had guy outside taking the orders on a tablet??
Had Double Cheese with Ff and diet Coke.
All was hot and tasty.
Quick service.
Friendly Staff.
Outside of building was clean and well maintained .
Just across the roar from Large Cabela's.
