Friendly, professional and helpful employees were the best thing about this Wendy’s. The store itself looked very new. The food was fresh, and fries were HOT. The only negative item I have is the floor inside was “slick” as heck. Please be careful while visiting inside of this place, don’t want to have a slip on the floor. Enjoy!
We are a family of 9, so I always order through the app to save myself and the person taking our order a headache. I ordered and about 15 minutes later went inside of the restaurant to pickup my food. I checked in beforehand and got confirmation our order was received. When I went in, my order wasn't ready. I waited about 5 minutes and someone asked me if I needed help. I will say, everyone that worked there was very kind. All nice people. But, we waited over 30 minutes with 7 children in our van for our order to be made because they said they didn't receive it on their end. I showed them my confirmation on my phone, they had a picture they were going off of to prepare our order, and there was so much confusion. Finally after 30 minutes I was given our order and part of our order was missing when I started passing out food in the car. Had to go back inside and wait, again, for about 5 minutes while they helped other customers and then got my missing order. I don't know if they are always this slow, or this was a fluke. Although they were all very kind and patient, service was EXTREMELY slow.
I have not been in a restaurant this filthy in a long time. Windows we’re gross and the entire inside floor was slick with grease. No posted menu with prices, only a laminated menu page with no prices listed at the counter. Only upside is they had frostys on a day when McDonald’s ice cream machine was down and Stevie’s ice cream was closed on an 85 degree day. Avoid this place if you have any other option.
This place is so unprofessional, sketchy, and dirty, that I honestly believe a few intoxicated felons bought an abandoned building and slapped a Wendy's sign on the brick. I laugh out loud every time I encounter this place.
This place isn't totally bad. If you go through the drive-through, that is. If you do come to this location, just use the drive-through because going inside is a whole mess. Their is no posted menu. You have to read off of the 1 small menu they have sitting out. Bring your reading glasses if you need them. Lol. Also, their lobby soda machine was out of EVERYTHING, and trying to get someone to fill your drink from the other side was obviously a lot to ask for. You will wait forever for your food, then only get half of what you ordered. Go through the drive-through, though, and they got you. Go inside, and listen to the team lead, talk down to her fellow employees, and start arguments in front of customers. Super unprofessional and weird atmosphere inside.
I did get the bottle of water that I ordered. It took three trips today. Finally reconciled my account after ordering. I drive up to the window and was informed then I had to have cash. The representative could have told me when I was placing my order. I left the drive-in and went to the bank and then I got my money and I came back. The total was different much different. I gave him $20 for a bill that was $20 and some cents and I left with the. I told him the price was different than when I ordered it the first time. So then I take the food home and we'll find out that my order is completely wrong. I just ordered pub for us and I had a hamburger and some fries that were cold. I went back to get my change from my 20. Three young lady stood around the counter trying to intimidate me when I told them I needed to get my order right. They offered to give me my whole $20 back but I insisted on paying for the one order that was correct and the bottle of water that I consumed. I brought the wrong order back. This is utterly outrageous. They are rude. It's awful. It's just awful. Don't go there. Don't ever go there
Wish they would put out the unsweetened and sweet tea so I can fix it the way I want, I like it half/half.
No more. Every time I've been there the service was horrible. The people inside don't care, and show it. Last time I was there I decided to eat inside. The employee at the counter was sprawled out on it while doing something with her phone and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. It's painfully obvious why the McDonald's right next door will have 15 cars lined up in the drive through and this Wendy's will have one and maybe two. If the owner doesn't care then why should I?
