Worst Location in the entire Salt lake Valley. Stay away !!!!! They never get your order correct and when you try to have the order corrected the manager just argues even though you have the receipt showing the problem. ???????????????? Burnt old meat and this is not a large chilli that I ordered
I was here today may 22nd at about 1 p.m. and the older short lady at the drive thru has the worst case of rbf I have ever encountered! also she is rude to go along with it she is almost always the one at the drive thru I will go back because it's close but NEVER DURING THE HOURS SHE WORKS!!! never smiles always makes me feel like I need to hurry seems like she is always put out by customers just plain repulsive I could go on for days g8ve this lady a broom and get her away from customers she is absolutely horrible!!! I did not get a receipt either or I would drop names but I gave you the store the details needed to figure this out please do!!
I’ve tried going through your drive-through four times in about a week during the evening. Every time I pull up, nobody greets me over the speaker when I say hello I get asked to wait a minute. Minutes go by and it still no response Last night I watched two cars pull off in front of me and I got the same treatment of zero acknowledgment
This last time I pulled around to look inside the building and the lady was just standing in front talking on her phone.
The next day, I try to call the GM and nobody can answer the phone This has to be bad for business. I’m done trying to stop there.
The job isn’t rocket science, but it requires money to run and obviously you’re not making any if you’re not taking Food orders
Appreciate the predictability of Wendy's when I'm out and need fast lunch between errands or meetings. Their salads are reliably fresh.

It took a solid 10 minutes before I could even get someone to take my order, then as I am counting out my spare change so I dont get coins back, the dude taking my order just runs off for a solid minute?? Like he left me there, cash in hand, and nobody else stopped him or came to help me. Multiple people came up to the register, but to do something else, and told me to wait a bit and none of them were even the dude who took my order. They never even asked for a name or put a number to call out on the order like other wendys/fast food places do, they just gave me a receipt with some random letters on it.
The food itself wasnt terrible, but nothing to cheer about. Overall the food cost me more time than I wanted it to be from fast food. It took a solid 10 minutes longer than necessary for there being nobody else in the store and no other customers in line inside.
I didnt order until about 5:08 according to the receipt
I entered the store around 4:50ish.
Also they dont keep the interior super clean there was trash/food on the floor for who knows how long.
Went here today wanting some breakfast. I ordered 2 sausage egg and Swiss croissants. The egg I got was absolutely disgusting and should not be served to ANYONE. It was hard, and has green spots in it. Very gross and I hope I don't get sick. Not to mention I payed $5 for it. Whoever made this and thought it was edible should be fired. Also not to mention whoever took my order barley spoke English, my order was also wrong.
The last several orders from this location, something has been wrong. Usually it's just missing sauces, or a missing ingredient (bacon etc) so not a huge deal, but this morning it was the entirely wrong sandwich. It's typically the same woman working there, and when you point out the error and ask for what's missing/a correction, she argues with you. Avoid the headache and just go to a different location.
I went through the drive through and ordered 2 medium frostys. On the screen it was written down correctly. I was instead given one small frosty. When I corrected them they were very upset with me when I should be the one upset. They also charged me for 2 more frostys when they should have just given me 2 free ones since they already charged me and gave me the wrong one. She was very rude. Expecting me to have left and also gave us no straws or spoons. I've had multiple bad experiences with this specific locations drive through.
