Ordered bacon/cheddar baked potato, got just cheese, no receipt. Looked at employee back and butt as he leaned on the drive thru opening. Will not go back to that Wendy's. Don't bother calling, tried 6 times and said call cannot be made because the call party is busy, try again later. Probably wouldn't have made this post, one car in front of me, no one in the restaurant, definitely not busy.
Finally able to get thru on the phone the next morning, manager was not friendly, said nothing that I can do, call back when the manager that was on duty is here.
They were cash-only in the drive thru, but said that I could come inside to pay with card. When I came inside, there was a line of about three to four people and absolutely no one at the counter. Everyone looked annoyed and confused. It was like a ghost-town, super silent. I waited for a few minutes and then left.
It's a k place May me mess up on your food at times. And the food was more than it should have. Been it supposed to been on sale and I didn't get it on sale and the one was kept on trying to argue with my husband but it you know it was on a Tuesday or Thursday and it supposed it was supposed to be taco you know Tuesday or something like that but it wasn't Tuesday or a Thursday and it supposed to been on a sale and we didn't get it on sale. We pay original price which was always $60 when I left there that spent It was between $60 to $80 and that was just for six people
I only used the app and drive through. They appeared to be having some work done and some cash processing issues. My order was simple for them to handle because it was already paid for. They honored the app special. I have rarely been disappointed at this Wendy's.
Never had any issues here, it just takes a while to get your food if more than 5 cars are waiting in line. The food is consistently pretty solid and the staff is attentive enough to get your order correct and give you anything you need. I actually had my first burger here a few months ago since I was about 5 years old and the experience didn't disappoint. The bacon fries here are great and I get them every time.
They will steal your card info and steal your money. They won't come to the window or even take your order. I along with other multiple people stopped going here bc it's nothing but a bunch of junkies that work there. Horrible business. Do not recommend!!!
Don't like to take orders when they do they mess the order up. Then go forbid u go there late night whole night crew ignores u at the window. They are rude and unhappy and take it out on customers
Place an order on door dash and they didn’t have any frostys. They also left my chocolate chip cookies out. I would not recommend this Wendy’s. Only thing we got was the spicy nugget cold and dried out. This place isn’t the same anymore.
