The one guy behind the counter who took our order did a great job. The issue was with the place. Half of the options on the beverage machine were out, no coke, no dr pepper and 16 others out. All tables are dirty and we had to clean the table and seat to eat. Floor is gross, had buns, fries, and napkins in all corners of the store. Holes in the cushions. Toilet paper is not in dispenser just on railing. Sink and mirror look like it never been cleaned. TV is not on. Why have one and not have it on. The fountain machine looks like it's never been cleaned.
Food is good if they don't mess up your order. Inside the restaurant is nice with fireplaces and stuff.
My only complaint is they never get my order right. I don't even go there anymore for me, I take my spouse there and of course the order is wrong but he still wants to eat there because the food is great. They just need to train the staff better or hire people that actually listen to what is ordered.
We waited in line for 15 minutes inside to order when there was only one person ahead of us. After we finally ordered we waited another 10-15 minutes for the food. There seemed to be no sense of urgency to attend to anyone inside. Only the drive through. We got two burgers, and two kids meals so nothing crazy. The area by the pop machine smelled like a toilet and it’s not an exaggeration. It was very off-putting. Most of the pop machine flavors were out and the machine itself was dirty I didn’t really want to touch it. Worst Wendy’s I have ever visited.
After waiting in line for 15 minutes we got to the counter and were told that we would have too big of an order for them to accommodate. 2 adults, a 6 year old and a 8 year old. AFTER making us wait. Restaurant was filthy anyway.

Staff is run ragged and long wait for inside. Large dangerous spill in dining area...poor kids working don't have a chance to clean it up. Wendy's, do yourself a favor and don't skimp on number of employees!
Every single order is wrong thru drive thru. Every time. Pay attention. Last order, burgers and bacon was BURNED TO A CRISP. YOU CANT SERVE THIS TO PEOPLE. What's the deal Wendy's? Yor franchises are failing miserably.
Food was OK. Fries were not that warm and didn't have any salt on them. Ordered chili on the side and it wasn't as warm/hot as it could have been from previous Wendy chili ordering experience.
Absolutely atrocious visit to this location on 12/26. We waited for 30 minutes to have our order taken, and another 25 minutes for our food. When the food was ready, it was missing an item and two of the burgers were not made correctly. We ordered two baconators and a wrap. The baconators had 1 patty and no bacon when we checked before leaving. We told the worker the order wasn’t right and they made the wrap and just slapped a single piece of bacon on both burgers. They might as well have been jr bacon cheeseburgers. We tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but the workers were unapologetic and unfriendly. I will NEVER eat at another Wendy’s again. Terrible customer service and they couldn’t get a single order correct. At least 4-5 other customers had problems with their orders.
