Went through drive through and ordered a single Baconator, no mayo. I always know this is a safe option as I am extremely picklephobic. Like nowhere near me... I get home and after spending the last $6 in my bank acct. They gave me a single burger with tomato, lettuce, and pickle. Going to bed without my dinner and they won't even answer the phone.
This Wendy's rushes you to take your order with their rude customer service. When asked if everything is in the bag, they said yes and proceeded to rush me out of the drive through. Came home, opened my bag to a ¼ filled fry carton and no sauce for the nuggets. This place definitely hired the wrong people to service customers.
Service was quick but a little odd with using the kiosk only while the workers stood around waiting for orders. It was a bad experience because i was the only patron in the store at the time so I get it. The food was hot and fresh. I just had to figure out how to use the kiosk lol.
The place is not organized, the staff is greeting you while eating gum, and they not look clean.
On the table where you get your straws and cap for the drinks is a mess and in the rest room they have a bucket under the sink as a drain.
I LOVE the deals Wendy's has!!! I love to eat and lately I'm hungry all the time! Also, I'm NOT rich,so.... Wendy's deals fill me up????????????
Giving this place a 2 star because the staff seemed so lost and definitely had an attitude of “I’m over this place.” I said thank you 2/3 times and was never acknowledged. My order was not ready as per what my mobile order said and they had to dig in their system to find it so I had to wait another 15 mins. The place is spacious and has nice lighting but that’s pretty much it. Food is okay.
As someone who worked in fast food, I can say first hand that I hated working fast food. But I didn’t take it out on customers. Missing items from pick up orders, fries are colder than Alaska, and the employees are kinda on the slower side. It takes them a bit to put 2 & 2 together. Take your time when you’re making an order and make sure the items are there because trying to get ahold of customer service online for a refund is a drag. I’d rather wait longer for a correct order than to get a fast order with missing and incorrect items.
The girl at the register today doesn’t even know what items are on the menu and even when I pointed directly at the menu she STILL rang me up for the wrong thing that was double the price. Why would I order an item and then remove the chicken when it exists already without it for half the price? The service is always bad when I’m there so I’ll stop wasting my time
