Fast food and not a bad Wendy's location. Easy access close to many hotels. Food is decent with fairly fast service. Kinda sloppy but well see.
Literally the worst fast food experience of my life.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, mayo and pickles only. Med fry and a Dr Pepper.
I was handed the drink and asked to pull around to the front.
I sat there about 3 minutes and a guy walks out and goes to hand me two bags of food. I explain I only ordered 1 sandwich and a fry. As he was walking away, he cussed and said, " I have no idea what they are doing!" I told him the car next to me was ahead of me, maybe it was her order?
So he made his way to her car, and it was her order.
So I sat in my car, another good 5 minutes goes by. Nothing.
So I turn my car off, go inside to find two people sitting down, one of which was the guy who brought food out a little but ago to my car. Weird. Guess he is not an employee?
So I stand by the counter, several employees are working and not one acknowledged me. So after about 3 minutes I ask if someone can help me?
A guy turns around and says, " what can I get you?" I reply, " my food I ordered over 10 minutes ago."
So they guy in the drive thru that took my order yelled at the guy that tried to bring me food, YOU DIDN'T DROP THE CHICKEN?
So after that, I said I need my sandwich and my money. A lady, whom I assume is the manager said, " we will refund you or give you food, not both!" I said give me my money back. Well that took another 5 minutes because no one knew what they were doing! When the girl finally gave me my money, she was shaking .....I took my money and left.
I will never use this Wendy's again.
When I do eat fast food, I do chose Wendy's. I like their salad. I was picking up food for a friend's child.
The drive through drops water through your open window. I ordered the baconator because it doesn't come with lettuce and tomato and asked for now bun. So they put it between 2 pieces of lettuce. I AM ALLERGIC TO LETTUCE!!!!!!!!!! The wait time was 15 minutes at the drive through. I used to manage Wendy's in New England. This is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! Also I asked for a side of mayo for my fries and got none!!!!! I am literally angry at myself for wasting my money!!!!
Didn't check my food before I left but this is a large fries that I got. Not even half way full
Tried the taco salad, Salad, small bowl of chili, corn chips and light sour cream and a tub of pretty good salsa. It was really good and something different. Give it a try!
The food wasn't too bad. I ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches and they were ok. Customer service was below par. Employees are not very friendly and act like they don't want to be there.
Dave Thomas (founder of Wendy's) would be ashamed of what has become of Wendy's food. It used to be so good.
I rarely go there anymore, and when I do, I regret it. ☹️
Probably the nicest Wendy's that I've ever been to. Food was hot and fresh, staff was great, and the orange cream frosty, what a treat!
