Our 4th visit, this time it was a 70th birthday celebration but we can't wait to return. Keep up the good work xx
Built into the side of a hill this place is for car owners or super fit hill climbers, on foot is definitely not an option, especially if you have any kind of mobility issues.
Not child friendly as there are no areas for children to play outside the vans.
The park facilities are poor, outside the park there is nothing of interest nearby, so again, you need a car.
The vans are decent, but the WiFi is next to useless, the smart TV teases you with apps that don't work and lets you watch 20 random free view channels.
There us a plus side, the view....but you could get that or better without spending hundreds on accommodation.
Livingston bar and grill in parkdean resort club house .we had great service and lovely meal for 13 people. Pre ordered by very helpful and nice staff great service.
The play park and swimming pool are just beside restaurant so great for kids in and out plenty seating and room .
Lovely caravan park and incredible views, great base for visiting surrounding areas and going over to bute, the website mentioned costa cafe and a takeaway which we couldn't find, but didnt ruin the holiday as we had a car and were able to travel to largs, all in all was a nice park another ticked of list of places to visit
The park is ideally located. However the accommodation leaves much to be desired.
nothing to do we had to cut our holiday short by 2 days as my sister booked a short stay absolutely boring caravans were not upto scratch we had to drive into braehead to find something to do absolute money pit food was extortionate bingo was £12 for 4 page book arcade was really small I wouldn't visit again
For a location to stay in and use as a base camp, you can not go wrong with here.
For the kids, you will enjoy the park, the staff put on a good show for the wee ones.
The biggest issue is the price in the bar / restaurant. If you are a family who like a drink or two while the kids have fun then it’s going to cost you.
£10.04 for a pint of lager and a bottle of alcohol free lager is a bit steep, if it had been cheaper we would have spent longer on the club house.
Oh, Linked Bingo, expensive but the prizes are really good so worth the gamble.
Tickets on sale between 18:15 and 18:45 so make sure you get your tickets, bingo starts at 19:00.
Well kept, restaurant first class good portions worth a visit
