Worst pharmacy ever. Continually get prescriptions wrong. They don't know the meaning of customer care. Team leader serving me just walked away and started to chat to workmen. Attitude of other staff member atrocious. Basically they don't care.
Avoid at all costs.
Used to be a great pharmacy under Lloyds pharmacy but not since it's been taken over by Well Pharmacy. The good reviews are from before they took over.
Popped in today with a single line prescription from a fairly routine pain killer and advised at least 24 hours! Went elsewhere, half an hour! It used to be one of the good ones!
So far this chemist seems to be the least organised chemist. Scripts are put in well in advance and not made up until patient gets there. Never had this experience at Lloyds also you never get an answer when phoning the place. They like a good blether though
This chemist is rapidly going downhill. It’s never open & when it is it shuts at whenever they want times. Went to collect prescriptions on a Saturday morning just after 9am & it was still shut. A worker turned up saying they didn’t even know if they could open as they might not have a pharmacist ????♂️This doesn’t help customers who rely on getting prescriptions etc.
I've got many complaints about this place. My mum uses this pharmacy for her repeat nomad delivery, countless times they have "forgotten" to send her stuff out. They don't answer the phones most days. To be Frank, they have no idea about what they're doing. The delivery driver (when he's not been paid off by the pharmacy) is amazing though, he isn't included in this review.
I would not go near lloyds pharmacy as the staff are very rude and they do not have your prescription most of the time I Must say stay away-!!!!!!!!! As at some point I've been at my end's wit Because of Lloyd's pharmacy not happy viceroy street chemist kirkcaldy
Say on goggle 9 clock but they open at 10 it's ridiculous closes when it feel like it customer service is terrible and staff are not polite half the time
Slow in making up your prescription, never answer the phone but staff do try hard andvare really helpful
