I’m vomiting ???? I almost ate a worm, with legs, that looked like a piece of lettuce… it was in my mouth.. moving.. after I took a bite.. How does this even happen?! I’m utterly disgusted. Calling county health inspectors this is surreal.

the food here has never disappointed. and the associates are all very helpful and have been so kind. the best associate is Kevin. he is always there with a smile and will make my day anytime I see him.

Ordered 4 buttery caramel hot lattes just now, picture posted! All drinks are pure white! No coffee! Literally nothing but steamed cream and milk! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Just left there getting my 2 late-night cheese steaks subs . First off food was amazing and the lady that made them was so pleasant then upon leaving the gentleman at the front met me with a bag ready and opened for me to out my subs in and the lady at the front was like have a blessed night. Every employee there tonight was so welcoming and so nice it really made my night. We need more people like them in this world. Your crew tonight is hands down amazing people .

Hey manager. Who ever was working in the kitchen April 7th night shift around 9-10pm you need to have a word with them. I order from you guys alot but I'm so disappointed. Fries are so hard and mummified if I would've bit down on them I know I would've cracked a tooth or had Captain crunch cereal style bleeding gums. I'm not being dramatic I mean these things are really that bad.

Your employees can't leave food under the heat lamps that long or someone's gonna bite a fry or something and hurt themselves. You gotta check in on your staff more I'm sorry to say and im sorry if things are tough for you. I hope things can turn around. Your wawa is the only one around here for miles and really depended on. I hope I can change this review in the future.

Customer service was great but the Pizza was No good. I ordered a plain cheese pizza and nobody wanted to eat the pizza because it was super burnt all they could taste was the burnt taste.

We decided to try their pizza because their ads saying, “Wa Wa now has pizza,” so we stopped in at 2:00 to get one. Guess what? Wa Wa didn’t have pizza. We were told they only sell it after 4:00 p.m. because it’s on their dinner menu! Why of course, nobody ever eats pizza for lunch. (Imagine that, a gas station with a dinner menu)

Edit 1 07/28/2023 9:05pm: The lady who is working at the food service area with the pink hat yelled at me when I was picking up my wife's sandwich, saying, and I quote, "normally people pay for their food first like everyone else then take it, you need to pay first beforehand", how does she know if I had paid for it or not already? She profiled me as a thief. I drive all around the state for my company and I go out of my way to go to a Wawa. I'm sad to see the quality of staff has gone downhill. I will be stopping by there, like I normally do every morning, to speak to someone higher up than her and get this taken care of.

They never remember anything when you make an order. No sauce in a sandwich, no packets of sour cream, gave us extra food from someone else. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE who have actual comprehension skills.
