Jake was super kind and professional from the first call I made to this business. Every time I need work done on my vehicles, I make a 45 minute drive just to go here. It's worth it for my family. I know that I can drive with confidence after having Waldroff Auto Repair work on my car. The owner seems like a great guy. He's a kind, family man and keeps a safe environment in his shop. His workers always seem like they know respect and quality are the highest expectations in there. I don't usually feel safe bringing my kids around mechanic shops because you never know what they will be exposed to, but here, it felt safe. I trust Waldroff completely.
This is my regular repair shop. I've gotten an engine replaced along with some small fixes. No problems and I highly recommend to other people in the area. Excited to see their new location!

I typically work on my own vehicles. I recently had a problem that I was having some difficulties diagnosing. I grew up with Jake and knew I could trust him. He delivered- as expected- exceptional customer service and was able to fix my transmission for a unbeatable price. At a time when dealerships and big businesses out number the small businesses and are furthermore untrustworthy with months of wait times. It’s so great to have such an exceptional local business that can step up and provide superior service.
The guys are great and honest. Took it to get a oil change at a different place they told me I had a oil leak. Took it to waldroff they looked and it didn't have a oil leak. It had a transmission leak. And coolant problem. So they fixed and did a great job. And reasonable prices. So I recommend this place. I will be back.

I couldn't ask for nicer people but hundreds of dollars later and my car is literally worse now then it was I drove it home and it's sat in the driveway since. The cost for labor is outrageous. We don't pay that for labor on our semi. I came here because of the reviews but after the fact a few people told me they had bad a experience here to, I wish I had know before. Might be good for oil changes and bad sensors but I wouldn't recommend them.
