First time ordering from here and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the food and speed of delivery! Food non-greasy and tasted amazing. This will definitely be my new Chinese of choice!
Wah Nam are in my opinion the best Chinese take away i have ever used . Food perfect every time , people are lovely there and are quickest delivery service you'll ever use , most of the time the owners husband delivers the food who is a really nice man , who's always happy . We have been ordering from them for over 11 yrs at least once every month , never had a problem , once had something missing but brought it round straight away and only just started to eat . Wah Nam !!! , you are the best !!! , love your grub !! .

Missed items from the order, then when called up told us we had to pay, even though they'd be paid for already. Women on the phone was rude, and tbh what we did get was greasy and standards have definitely slipped over the years! Won't be going back, after using them for over 7 years.
Ordered for the first time New Years Eve. Was reasonably early still and delivered within a decent amount of time (40 mins, exactly what they said it would be)
The good experience ended there. Food was cold and soggy. The chicken in chowmein was dry and tasteless, chicken balls were too doughy and soft (with hardly any chicken in) and God knows what meat was in the 'Fillet Steak Cantonese Style' but it definitely was not fillet steak. Looked as though it had been flashed in the pan,was not cooked at all. Not even slightly. I order this dish a lot so know what it should taste like. Took one bite then threw dish away.
So disappointed as tried this place following a recommendation.
Will definitely stick to Green Tea on the High Road from now on.
I like Wah Nam and they do nice selection of food. But sometimes as I have ordered some food that I wanted and paid and gone back to my flat it’s not what I have ordered. And I just wasted like £25-£30 on what I have ordered. Which I why I voted them 3/5.
Haven't had a chinese/in while and found it very enjoyable, apart from not staying hot for very long, , next time I might have it delivered or stick in the oven for while.
