Best waffles I have ever had! Delivered with the waffles still fresh and warm but the ice-cream still cold! There is so much to choose from on the menu which means you can customise your own perfect dessert. Will definitely be ordering from here again!
Hello good evening to how this may be in concern:
My daughter order has been placed at 10:00 on a Friday night on just eat and the estimated time of arrive was about 11 at night but you said that the food was expected to arrive at that time but there where 5 members in the house at that time and no one of your staff as even delivered or chapped the door as all of my family are in the house that night and we do not recall you being at my house on the Friday night.
We then also called up the shop on numerous occasions asking where our order has been and we have never once received the order but with only excuses saying the order has been displaced and on it’s way which is never once been arrived at your doorstep.
We also came to your shop on the next day for making an equiry about our order and you said you have gave my daughter an refund but then you said that the manager has delivered the food the previous night with no delivery driver and then we have asked for a refund which is now Sunday evening and still not received the refund.
And due to poor customer service they have also closed the shutters on me and my daughter which I think is absolutely horrible and also told to visit another shop if we are not happy with the service.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone as your will be faced with poor customer service and a lack of quality service.
We would like to resolve this matter in hand.
