Stopped in here yesterday to grab a quick bite for lunch - my server Megan was friendly and fast and the food was delicious. But, shortly after my food came out I could very clearly hear the manager (I think her name was Lisa) being very inappropriate with my server. I understand that workplaces have problems that sometimes need to be addressed but I also know that I should not be able to hear a manager cussing at her employee while I am trying to enjoy my meal! Do better!!
Alexis and Krystal helped set up and manage 17 University students on a local trip with no complications or errors. Big thanks to the team there for making our trip successful!
Thank you Waffle House for a deeeeliscious breakfast. My waitress did a really good job and so did the cook. Everything was just the way i wanted it. Great location for working men. Home depot in dame parking lot and you shoppers out there walmart is too.
This Waffle House has beyond fast service ! Me an my husbands food was ready an hot in a matter of minutes . Service was amazing ! An my server Krystal was fantastic ! Great sense of humor an always there before I even asked for a refill , checking to see if we needed anything an how the food was !
Been a WH fan for longer than I care to admit. 1st started in KY traveling with a buddy.
Today I'm retired and sitting in the Piqua location as I write this.
While Courtney or Krystal always seem to take my order (and I'm sorry about that) all the ladies are very polite and pleasant. Shout out to all the employees here.
Lexi is the manager here now. This young lady is a freakin monster on the grill. Whether she has 1 order or 20 at once, I have NEVER seen her her rattled. Nothing ever bad, burnt or forgotten. Like I said, Lexi is a beast.

They are lazy. They don't take phone orders and cry when it's busy. Then when you go in you get attitude like you shouldn't be there.
Update: I was flipped off as I was leaving. Very unprofessional. Will never go back
Food was good but my service was awful. Waitress Angelina or something had an extremely bad attitude and never refilled our drinks. We finished our food with empty cups. Made us feel like inconvenience to her. They were busy but had plenty of staff.
Great food fast. Love this location. Our server was Crystal she always does an amazing job. Love the direction this location is going these days.
