I came into the Waffle House and the manager along with her colleagues started harassing me about where to sit and then ask me to leave after me paying for my food and coffee and serving me under cooked hash browns. When I pulled out my camera, she called 911 and all I wanted was breakfast and coffee. Atlanta Black people this is embarrassing that Martin Luther King paved the way for us to have jobs and you show no value in yourselves much less others
Let me tell you this was our families first time there. Family of six. We were very patient with the team of two while they got us seated. Once seated… once we were ready to order… our food was up in 5 minutes tops and we didn’t order just waffles. Thank you Shugg and Chef !
Due to safety they had to take carry out orders only, which is fine, but they charge a 20% fee for carry out orders. If it is not by choice I feel like we should not have to pay that fee, we did decide not to dine with them. Note: I am all for the safety of employees, but better notice would have been appreciated. We made a trip to two different locations and one of them had a sign that stated "carry out orders only this location" if it is a city wide or even nation wide decision, this needs to be reflected better to the public like posted on a website and or Facebook page when people are searching places to eat.
let’s start with the positive: Bianca was our server and she was great. When we walked in, she told us to sit where we like and actually finished cleaning the table we wanted. I appreciated the extra mile when she asked us to wait a second while

Our order: (2) two egg breakfast, coffee, and water. Everything came to the table in a timely fashion cooked exactly as ordered.
NOW THE REASON WE WON’T COME BACK… for everyone that doesn’t mind loud music drowning out your conversation and having everyone scream around you this is the location for you. We asked if they could adjust the volume and was told it’s controlled in the office and there wasn’t a manager in or anyone with access to the office to turn the music down. I personally felt like I was in a lounge or club. The music wasn’t inappropriate. No cussing or trap music. IT WAS JUST LOUD.
After coming off of a long 6am flight the last last thing I wanted was to be engulfed in a sea of LOUD NOISE at 8:30am. I was expecting and prepared for the regular Waffle House shuffle and had we not already ordered we would have left. This was a lesson learned. If I walk in and it’s loud I’ll just turn around and walk back out.

This is the friendliest Waffle House staff I have ever met! They were so sweet when our group of six came in for breakfast. This Waffle House was very clean and all of our food was great!
Excellent food and tremendous service. The best I've had at any Waffle House. JoJo was my server and was great. She refilled my drink when it hit about halfway empty without even asking. Was very kind to greet me and get me my food promptly. It was as good of experience as I could have asked for. I'll definitely come back. I had the All-Star Special with scrambled eggs, wheat toast, bacon, hash browns and of course, a delicious waffle! They also serve root beer from the fountain which was a plus for me.
Good was good. The only thing we didn’t like was having to order at the window because diners in was closed. Flight arrived at midnight and they were the only place close by that was open. It was pretty cold outside. Got to our hotel and food wasn’t as hot.
Bacon was burned Waffers raw in the middle second order of bacon was burnt ! this is one waffle house I do not recommend for anyone if you want a good meal, don’t come here!
