I don't know what happen to waffle house, but it went from waiting hours for our food and to get seated, with having people fighting all the time to having fast and excellent service. Today 5/26/24 2:35pm Was the first time, we got fast service and the food was good. Though I feel like the staff can be a little more welcoming in the beginning but after taking our order they were really good!!!
Sure wish we would have had better service. We were there for 30 minutes and another couple came in after us and got food. Our food was never prepared in a timely matter. Never got a coffee refill either. Still had to pay for our coffee though. If you want food after hours, please go elsewhere.
I had a server names boo, she was amazing. There was another server named Ashley washing dishes and they both were super friendly. The cook, named Seth the district manager does an outstanding job and treating both the employees and customers well. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Just walked in to what was my favorite breakfast place. Two customers in entire place with not one clean table or spot to sit down. Three employees occupying booths on their phone and not one made an effort to acknowledge I needed service. Couldn’t help but laugh at them and walk out. Time to take out the trash at this location and start over.
If I could give this waffle house a zero star review, I would. We waited over an hour for our food, and nobody even talked to us for over 30 minutes after we sat down. It was not that busy, yet for some reason it seemed like they were packed. After our order was taken by somebody who was not our server, our actual server came back 20 minutes later just to ask if our order had been taken yet. Only go here if you want to wait a year and a half for your food.
The staff was attentive and friendly, food was delicious the waffles smelled amazing and tasted just as good ???? the daughter mom duo are great(sorry didn't catch their names) we'd definitely come here again whenever we are in the area????????
Favorite place to go whenever I’m in town. Love the staff here.
