First thing in the morning around 4am.
Adriana is the best at customer service. Very friendly, fast and very attentive to the client's needs. It's a shame that she is not from that town but from another because I really liked her treatment.
The food was very delicious and they didn't take long to serve it.
The service was amazing!!! The waitress was very attentive to my wife and I. It was an overall great time the food was amazing and we were sent home with plenty of food. Our waitress let us taste other foods too for next time we come in! We definitely recommend this location!!!
I've been enjoying Waffle House since I was a kid. Their pecan waffles are excellent from Ohio to Florida! Their scattered, smothered, covered hash browns are consistently delicious. (That's scattered hash browns smothered with onions and covered with cheese for the uninitiated.)
When my kids were little, it was the only place I could take them and know they'd actually eat all of the food I purchased for them. They're consistently good to this day.
They also seem to have an excellent team building program. The employees are always in sync, and I've heard managers give their employees compliments and pep talks during busy times. I'd give them five stars, but their ambiance is, well, it's a Waffle House.
Just passing through and stopped by for a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff but that's all I can say that was good here.
Our table was sticky and not cleaned well and the menu had syrup on it. The waitress, although friendly, wasn't very attentive. They plated our food wrong and didn't fix it, we had to switch it ourselves. Burnt the waffles and didn't even bring us syrup. Just not a good experience.
Make sure you wear insulated pants and a winter coat, the a/c is freezing at this location. It has to be in the range of 50-60. Others seated around us complained about the cold temps and even went out to their cars to grab their jackets.
Have been coming to this specific waffle house since I was 9 years old. Have been here at 9am and 2am and every hour in between. ????
The service and food never disappoints.
This Waffle House and the one on 36/37 in Sunbury are our two favorite Waffle Houses in town.
Currently the staff from 36/37 is working at the Westerville Road location, as the 36/37 location is under renovation.
The good: staff was very friendly, the pumpkin waffle was really good, the sausage gravy had great flavor but was too thick. They used real eggs for the scrambled egg, not liquid or powdered egg. The bad: The place was not the cleanest. The bacon was salty. My cheese covered hash browns? Well, I prefer real shredded cheese and I expect the cheese to "cover" the hash browns. I don't expect a single processed cheese slice that barely covers half. The waitress forgot to bring syrup to the table... really? It's a waffle house...I'm surprised there is not a syrup tap at each table. It is safe to say that my first visit to a waffle house will be my last.
