Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly but the food was ok very greasy even for a waffle house. The new 20 percent for take out is crazy. 10 percent goes to Restaurant an 10 to server and then they ask for a tip. So now if u add any kind of tip your being up charged over 20 percent. Definitely will be awhile before I eat at any of their locations. 38 dollars for 2 meals with drinks is crazy.
Drove over there to do it to go order, after ordering. Noticed the sign said 20% tacked on to all to go orders. Told the waitress I didn't really like that and I won't be coming back to waffle House. She said that's fine. So I said okay, I'm going to go somewhere else and she said but wait sir we already started making your order and I said that's fine.
Why charge 20% on top? If I want to leave a tip I will. Never coming back again and no other restaurant charges percentages for to go orders. If you want to factor in cost of styrofoam containers to go then put it in your pricing like every other company. What a trash company. Now because of your greed they just made it order that you won't cash in on. Enjoy that!
Breakfast food was typically good, hot and fresh. Our server was absolutely excellent and will ask for her in the future. My son-in-law and daughter are fond of her and go to her regularly as well.
If i could post a picture of my burnt bacon then I would. Not to mention it was 5:30a and completely dead. I had to ask the waitress to please wipe down the table. Got my food and waited for silverware until finally i had to ask for it. Got DIRTY SILVERWARE . YAY.. WAITRESS WAS POLITE THOUGH
Absolutely love the location and customer service provided however, the owner should consider hiring someone to keep the floors cleaned. The cooks and servers can’t do it all!
pretty good place, only complaint was the service, it was kind of slow and had to wait 10-15 minutes just for some bacon, overall it was pretty good.
Another pleasant visit with the best .. Kachiri! I don’t know how this young lady remembers my order and has it going before I even sit down i. ! I’ve seen her do it for others and she is so impressive! I appreciate her conversation and unmatched demeanor ! My family and I only visit this location when she is present and will continue to do so. She should be in training or managing her own!
Enjoyed both my recent visits. The service was great. Lots of friendly faces and the food was quick and tasty
