I ordered a buffalo salad and asked them to sub the buffalo for bbq. I’ve done this at other places no problem. The order came wrong and instead of attempting to fix it she told me to ask slice (ordering service) for refund. She didn’t even try to rectify. I would have gone to pick up a new salad. Won’t be going back.
Ordered a pizza off of doordash last night from this place. The bottom of the pizza is raw. I spent 28$ on a medium pizza and they refuse to refund me, even though the dough is clearly raw.
I just love Vinny’s Pizza. My family moved to Naugatuck about 2 months ago from New York and we needed to find our go to pizzeria. Happy to say Vinny’s has filled the void. Phenomenal Wings, so tasty and crispy. Pizza is really crispy and tasty as well. My wife had the lasagna and the portion was massive. I put some pictures up. Considering everything the food service industry has gone through, and reading some of the reviews prior to mine, which seem to all come off from one order, regarding wings I believe, maybe they had a bad batch or something, but my wings were awesome. People need to calm down, because tensions are insane since the Covid, and the food service industry is taking enough of the nonsense. Also, I met the owner during my last pickup order ‘DJ’ I believe his name was and he was so appreciative of us ordering from and even gave me a slice of chocolate cake on the house

Just ordered delivery online on a Monday night. . They were 10 minutes late after being over an hour after giving an inaccurate arrival time. When I called they were unapologetic and rude. Food arrived ice cold. Burnt and congealed calzone, inedible. Soggy and burnt fries, inedible. Old and hard wings, inedible. Will never patronize this ‘restaurant’ again. WAY too much money thrown at a business who clearly does not care about the customer in the slightest.
Awesome service. Very friendly. Great food quality. Definitely coming back & Definitely recommend it.
Not my favorite. The eggplant parmigiana tasted stringy, the sautéed spinach was unappetizing, the mozzarella sticks looked like they had been frozen. On the plus side, the fettuccine alfredo isn't bad, and I like the bread they use.
