Been here a few times and the staff are always friendly, respectful and efficient. Having tried various pharmacies in the area this is the one I have decided to stick with from now on as even with a regular prescription other pharmacies never have it ready on time but the Village Pharmacy have never let me down and you never feel like just another number here. Cannot praise the staff enough.
Fantastic pharmacy! The staff are lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. The actual ’shop’ is clean, bright and even has a couple of nice comfy chairs. They’ve honestly been absolutely amazing during the pandemic, I can’t praise them enough! Best pharmacy I’ve ever used, by far… my compliments to the staff, particularly the lovely lady who always recognises my voice on the phone!
I changed my prescription requests to Village Pharmacy a few months ago. Although it is further for me to walk to it is well worth it for the service. I receive a text to let me know that my prescription is ready for collection. The staff always very pleasant and helpful. It is very clean and there is rarely a queue.
This pharmacy has friendly efficient staff who are always helpful and pleasant. Prior to moving here I was with a pharmacy for 20 years who were couldn't care less and inefficient. The contrast could not be more marked, thanks to all who work there.
Absolutely fab Chemist, all the staff have been so professional and helpful over the years, problem solving medication issues, dealing with the GP on my behalf, advice if needed. Always professional and very knowledgeable, a pleasure to visit. Can’t recommend them highly enough. ????
A few months ago I contacted my GP surgery for a repeat prescription of a new course of medication I had just started. I sent my request to the surgery's email as directed, but it bounced back! I contacted Village Pharmacy to see if they could help me and they said to forward my email to them and they would sort it out. A day or 2 later I got a text to say my prescription was ready. I now just email Village Pharmacy straightaway with any repeat prescription requests and everything is ready in a day or two - so easy and stress-free. Great service and I'm so grateful for it.
Lovely pharmacy, always very happy and friendly staff, especially Alison who never fails to help out with any query I may have. Great service from a great team. Highly recommend
