I been going to this coney since they opened the main white girl alesha I believe her name is knows me real well and in the last like 5 months I been going they got my order messed up more than 5 times and 1 time I had a fly in my food on January 23 2024 I went up there for a grilled chicken wrap no tomatoes no bacon they did not do that so I called up there because I was on my way to work and said I couldn’t come back at the moment so I come the next day she said she left my name and order so I come for the remake and the owner Vick says they don’t do it if I didn’t bring the food mind you this a whole day ago I threw the food away cause I can’t eat bacon and just don’t like tomatoes but I took a picture and has the date and everything on it and he literally tryna argue with me cause they messed my order up Iah never order there again ????
My Husband & I Absolutely LOVE This Place! Ever Since We Stumbled Upon It A Few Weeks Ago, It's Been OUR Go To Spot When We're Craving Some Really Great Food! We Both Absolutely LOVE The Veggie Quesadilla (& Me Being A Steak Lover, I'll Probably NEVER Order The Steak Quesadilla Because It's THAT Good!), In 3 Weeks, I Think He's Ordered It 6 Or 7 Times!
As For Me, I've Been Sampling SEVERAL Different Items & Have Loved EVERYTHING I've Tried So Far!
~ The Vik's Roasted Whole Wings Are Great (Ordered Them Twice Now)
~ The Corned Beef & Cabbage Soup Isn't Exactly To My 'Loving', But I Still Order It Most Times Because It's Decent & Good For Me (It's Like The "Cabbage Soup Diet" Style, But With Chunks Of Corned Beef)
~ The Bacon Cheese Burger Is Delicious, & They Used Really Great Quality Bacon!
~ The Batter-Dipped Mushrooms Are Some Of The Best I've Ever Had, & I Just Found Out They're Actually HAND Dipped!
~ The Steak & Eggs Breakfast Is A Little Higher In Cost Than I'd Prefer, But It's So Good That I'm Willing To Fork It Over Happily Again!
~ Getting Ready To Try The Big Man's Breakfast & Texas French Toast Today! Definitely Looking Forward To Another Great Meal From Vik's! ????
Food is delicious fresh Detroit style 5 ???? ???? ⭐️ ???? ???? especially the west Virginia Beef sausage "Game Changer" those slap!!! I ate it so fast, but I forgot the pics. Complaint would be thar it was my husband and I first time there and A tried to slick with the change back. Count ya ????. Love ya'll #foodie4Life❤️
Decent by Detroit standards. Woman receptionist/order taker is kind but always sounds overworked. Never had a problem with them and the food is good, the interior looks like they barely tried. They deliver and that sets them apart from others.... Honestly, they need to beautify & amp the place up inside but we all know that local Detroit business owners are only going to provide the bare minimum. Otherwise, I REALLY hope they put Hollywood Coney Island out of business.
First time here, when I pulled in the overall appearance was amazing. The coney is lite up well. When I walked in the restaurant was very clean. The girls behind the counter greeted me with a smile. I order the chicken stir fry and it was AMAZING the chicken was very flavorful and the rice is homemade!!! I also tried the Viks wings which are seasoned and broiled. The chicken fell right off the bone. All and all I had a very pleasant first experience and will be coming back!
Couldn’t even order. Sat in drive thru and was not acknowledged. Only to go in and be met with a rude woman. We come here alot. This new black woman was just rude, I walked out. Not coming back!
I went threw the drive thru. The lady helping me was super nice. She got my order together quick. I got the all beef hot dog and the super cheesy fries. Will go back.
Their food is so fresh & very good! You can tell they aren’t just throwing anything in a box & everything is made to order. The food is cooked very well! 10/10!!
